BOO FREAKING HOOEY COUEY!!!
I am so fed up with the system.How in the hell can we allow our countries women and children to be brutalized on a daily basis by scumbag sickos? We are so concerned about the freedom of other countries, yet our own,open borders and all,has multiple serial child molsters and killers running wylde.Yeah, I am pissed having to watch John Coueys trial,this scumbag propped up in a new suit and coloring on a pad! Jessica Luncesfords traumatized family just feet away having to go thru all the gruesome details of the ordeal that ruined their lives.To see father Marks face racked with pain and anger makes my fur stand up and claws sharp and out,wanting to just put a bullet between those beety twisted eyes of that monster,then and there.How can it be this pig walks into a home,into a childs bedroom and steals her from the safety of her bed? Then just yards away brutalizes her for 4 friggin days B4 he tosses her LIVE BRUTALIZED BODY into garbage bags and buries her alive under his sisters trailer steps.Why a trial?Why has not one of these scumbags had the balls to fess up and spare the family and nation of another long drawn out court case? You see on DATELINE how they know WE KNOW they are out there and with out shame or remorse,they lust after children.Sometimes it turns to murder. I cant believe some moron thinks green licence plates will help identify these animals.I always said the only way I want them identified on the FIRST OFFENSE is a TOMBSTONE.We will never understand why their brain circuts are screwy.Death isnt even enuff for them.I realy want a public execution of chid sex offenders/killers on a monthly basis.We cant fix them,and how many more lives must be ruined and taken ? How many more lame ass bills with dead kids names on it will there be? I am ashamed that we dont have the stomach or balls to put down these creeps.We must somehow change they way the system works (or DOESNT WORK!). I would even support public vigilaties who hunt them down with some wild west like justice.The government is letting us down as the numbers are so outragous of how many are in our own neighborhoods. I dont want to see these psychos get fat on death row on our dime.I hate that there are more jails than schools being built to house offenders.I hate to think how tragic and painful little Jessicas last 4 days on Earth were.And all the othe Jessicas and Dylans.We as a nation must stand together and show a sign of force against child molesters/killers.Please pop an email to your local lawmakers and tell them how sickened and tired you are and demand,as I will, a change.Its not enuff to catch and release them.Swift Death is the only way.
I pray this never touches you personaly,but chances are some of us will be.So sadd. This is a very important issue that needs alot of light shined on it.Please help me help our kids.God Bless and be safe and strong =^.^=

KISSES 2 MY CYBER SWEETIES!! SMOOCH! ;-)>
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY MY LOVIES!! I know some of you despise this day, BOMBARDED with the over marketed $13 BILLION buck spending spree,that leaves many feeling more alone,unloved and unapreciated.Its more than a 'got too,get me,go to'day.A SHOCK n AWE campaign is sooo not what its about to me and others.(Unless yer messin' wit a GOLDDIGGER!) LOL! Flowers wilt,cards get put away,dinners and cocktails are just 'rented'! I believe your time,love,a sweet note,a warm smile,a genunine hug,attention and thoughtfulness are your biggest and greatest gift of love of ALL! (I have heard diamnds are a girls best friend,but realy you are! But diamonds ROCK! ;-)> ) So many of us are blessed with love of friends,family,lovers,spouses,pets and cyber friends like ME! But the reality is,many are searching for that specal someone.A life companion, (Or in Paris Hiltons case..a ONE NIGHTER!) a person to share the best and help thru the worst.HEY, if that dinosaur LARRY KING can get married 7 times, theres hope 4 all of us right!? And some might even go to the end of the earth or THE MOON,like that psycho ASTRONUT who thought she found LUST IN SPACE!(note to her..DEPENDS Undergarments for 900 miles....NOT SEXY! Makes me think of Larry King again..urghh!). I have told many who asked for my love advise how to find like minded people.Well NOT BARS! Extend yourself to areas where you would never expect to find a special person.It usualy happens when your not looking. I tell people 1st go to HANNIDATE on www.hannity.com and also there is Hannity Local Hookups(your area of the local hannitized). There are lots of safe local ways to 'hook up'! Good Luck in Love and Happiness to you who are looking.I now you will succeed in finding that special person. What realy hurts me are the ones left behind by the death of their loved ones.Whether old or they were killed in war, or a tragedy.Thats how I believe (and do),WE can make a difference and fill our own hearts with love.My grandma said 'You cant love someone unless you love yourself' (insert her broken Italian-English accent). Reach out to Military familes and First Responders that the family,wife,kidz husbands,parents,siblings.They are realy blue and you can have your own manificent act of kindness.You can do it undercover or flat out let them know YOU (and we) CARE ABOUT THEM! Your heart will swell as mine does when I go to Vet Hospitals,elder homes and the like to show them YOU MATTER and I APPRECIATE YOU!What about Grandma,an elder aunt or vet uncle?I see no reason YOU CANT make it a special day b doing a rando act of love and kindess in a forgotten persos life.Everyone knows someone like that and you can share time together and BOTH FEEL GREAT.Such a small,inexpensive gift that makes a world of differnce..to you AND THEM! Dont let the love light in your heart dim,just cuz your aren IN LOVE (or LUST).You have a LOT 2 GIVE! If you are lucky enuff to have found that great love, and are just sooo PUNCH DRUNK LOVE,hey,dont just wait till Feb. 14th to do something special.Do it all year long.Keep them fires burning and enjoy THE HEAT!!! gggrrrrlllll !!! Love is in your heart,I have nothing but warm wishes,prayers and hope for all of you.Dont be burned on love if you had a bad experience,you have so much to give.And theres them stories of 80 year olds finding hot sexy love (ok, NOT SEXY!).So 'Better to Have Love and Lost,Than To Never Have Loved At All' (that goes for NY Cheese Cake too!) Go out there and have a great day, who knows it MAY turn out to be a different type of HUMP DAY than you expected! ;-)> This Day is about love,but it need NOT BE ROMANTIC.So put a smile on your face and a song in your heart (Mine is 'My Funny VALENTINE!) and get out there!! And last, but definately, NOT LEAST when all else fails...... REMEMBER, JESUS LOVES YOU AND SO DOES THE KARPET KITTEN! =^.^= BIG OLE KISSES and SPANKS and all my love to you!!!!!!!

L.A. PATIENT DUMPED ON SKID ROW!
POLICE: LOS ANGELES HOSPITAL DUMPED PARAPLEGIC MAN ON SKID ROW
Friday, February 09, 20007
LOS ANGELES A hospital van dropped off a paraplegic man on Skid Row, allegedly leaving him crawling in the street with nothing more than a soiled gown and a broken colostomy bag, police said.
Witnesses who said they saw the incident Thursday wrote down a phone number on the van and took down its license-plate number, which helped detectives connect the vehicle to Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, the Los Angeles Times reported on its Web site.
Police said the incident was a case of "homeless dumping" and were questioning officials from the hospital.
"I can't think of anything colder than that," said Detective Russ Long. "There was no mission around, no services. It's the worst area of Skid Row."
The case comes three months after the L.A. city attorney's office filed its first indictment for homeless dumping against Kaiser Permanente for an incident earlier last year.
In that case, a 63-year-old patient from the hospital's Bellflower medical center was videotaped wandering the streets of Skid Row in a hospital gown and socks.
An after-hours call Thursday to Hollywood Presbyterian seeking comment was not immediately returned.
Kaylor Shemberger, the hospital's executive vice president, told the Times the incident was under investigation.
"Obviously we are very concerned about the information that has been presented to us," Shemberger said. "If some of the facts are correct, it is clearly not in line with our policy of handling these types of patients."
City officials have accused more than a dozen hospitals of dumping patients and criminals on Skid Row. Hospital officials have denied the allegations, but some said they had taken homeless patients to Skid Row service providers.
In 2005, Hollywood Presbyterian was accused of homeless dumping. At the time, a top executive denied the charge, but said Skid Row service providers offered treatment and care for some patients who had nowhere else to go.
~~~~ I pray someday our downtrodden ,poor,hopeless Americans are able to get medical care and treated with dignity no matter how uch (or little) money they have.We seem to care about other countries health and welfare.Why not us? Maybe Oprah,Angelina,Madonna and oter rich celebs should 'adopt' a homeless vet! Or how about the lawmakers chip in and let us get some of that awesome medical care they get.OR let them pay for thier OWN! =^.^= ~~~~~
Locked in Eternal Love a 6000 yr. LOVE STORY
2007 Archaeologists find prehistoric 'Romeo and Juliet' locked in eternal embrace! (not me and my beloved Sean! LOL!) ROME -- It could be humanity's oldest story of doomed love.
Archaeologists have unearthed two skeletons from the Neolithic period locked in a tender embrace and buried outside Mantua, just 25 miles south of Verona, the romantic city where Shakespeare set the star-crossed tale of "Romeo and Juliet."
Buried between 5,000 and 6,000 years ago, the prehistoric pair are believed to have been a man and a woman and are thought to have died young, as their teeth were found intact, said Elena Menotti, the archaeologist who led the dig.
"As far as we know, it's unique," Menotti told The Associated Press by telephone from Milan. "Double burials from the Neolithic are unheard of, and these are even hugging."
The burial site was located Monday during construction work for a factory building in the outskirts of Mantua. Alongside the couple, archaeologists found flint tools, including arrowheads and a knife, Menotti said.
Experts will now study the artifacts and the skeletons to determine the burial site's age and how old the two were when they died, she said.
Luca Bondioli, an anthropologist at Rome's National Prehistoric and Ethnographic Museum, said double prehistoric burials are rare -- especially in such a pose -- but some have been found holding hands or having other contact.
The find has "more of an emotional than a scientific value." But it does highlight how the relationship people have with each other and with death has not changed much from the period in which humanity first settled in villages and learning to farm and tame animals, he said.
"The Neolithic is a very formative period for our society," he said. "It was when the roots of our religious sentiment were formed."
The two bodies, which cuddle closely while facing each other on their sides, were probably buried at the same time, possibly an indication of sudden and tragic death, Bondioli said.
"It's rare for two young people to die at the same time, and that makes us want to know why and who they were, but it will be very difficult to find out."
He said DNA testing could determine whether the two were related, "but that still leaves other hypotheses; the 'Romeo and Juliet' possibility is just one of many.
NANCY PUKELOSI & HER HURDE OF HYPOCRITES!
NANCY PUKELOSI....WHAT THE??? They are so full of crap that she reaks!All the promises and blowing gas and what is she up to? NO GOOD! This overstretched dusty hag realy thinks she is a rockstar! A PRIVATE JET? What is her friggin BROOM is in the shop,hopefully the BROOM is getting an upgrade. I am sure her taunt,tight and pulled face is aerodynamic enuff to trot her ass across country!JEEZE! Come on you stinkin' Limo Libral Liars!And thanks 4 the minimum wage increase.Amazing that they gave themselves SOOOOOO many raises B4 getting to our meager increase! That bee-otch.They are passing more gas than bills! And poor President Bush! During State of Union,he must have been a bit nervous with that mean old Bush hater BEHIND his back with a heavy weapon (gavel)! I hope Cheney had a shotgun under table pointed at her for safety! The hypocracy is RAMPANT and what about BORDERS? What about the real issues? The hypocrisy from liberals has reached its apex. I hear liberals like to be called progressives these days. Liberals, progressives or socialists are all makeup artists trying to put lipstick on a pig that has lost 7 of the last 10 presidential elections in this country. These are people who support a party that gave us Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. One was the worst president in history and the other the last to be impeached and the first to be disbarred.
Here are some facts for you misguided liberals; Halliburton received no-bid contracts during Clinton administration for work in Bosnia and Kosovo. John Kerry was a 'C' student at Yale. Al Gore was a 'C' student at Harvard and could not complete either divinity school or law school at Vanderbilt, failing five of the eight classes he took in his three semesters at divinity school. Bill Clinton dodged the draft. He never served a day in any branch. He repeatedly told us that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction during his presidency. On July 23, 2003, ex-president Clinton went on Larry King live and said "it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks of biological and chemical weapons (in Iraq)."
The next time a liberal, socialist, progressive or whatever wants to talk about Bush's grades in college, his 5 years of service, flying jets in the national guard, his no bid contracts to Halliburton or his supposed lying about WMD's in Iraq remember that. These people, because they are hypocrites, did not hold the candidates they supported to the same standard as they hold our current two term, twice elected president! =^.^=
NUTTY,WACKY REAL NEWS!! ;-)>
One thing that can be said about life is it isn't boring, at least not to those who pay attention.
Just a few of the more bizarre items in the news wires recently:
 No free rides. Winning a big sweepstakes prize, such as the ride into space won by Brian Emmett of San Francisco, Calif., quickly hit a sour note when Emmett realized he couldn't afford the $25,000 taxes he owed on the prize. The news Tuesday was that a space tourism company agreed to pay the taxes in exchange for some consulting work by Emmett.
 Vertical marathon. 290 people raced up all 86 floors of the Empire State Building this week. The fastest time was 10 minutes, 25 seconds. Movin' up is hard work.
 Pedicure bandit caught. A man accused of not paying for more than 20 pedicures he received at various spas in Illinois and Wisconsin was apprehended this week. He led police on a foot chase.
 Two-headed calf dies. A Virginia calf born just after Christmas died this week. The dairyman who owned her refused to have Star on display while she was alive, but shipped her body to Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum for taxidermy.
 Bouncing down the street. While they wouldn't really cause bouncing, rubber sidewalks may be in Philadelphia's future. A city councilman is proposing the idea of recycled tire rubber for the city's sidewalks because they last longer than concrete and are safer in the event of a fall.
 College on eBay. Sick of the rising cost of tuition? Try eBay, where Oklahoma Weslayan University is auctioning tuition. A year of tuition, room and board reached $4,425 on Monday and runs through Saturday. The non-eBay price is $23,000.
 Chewie's back, and mad. A man dressed as Chewbacca from Star Wars was arrested for battery in Hollywood this week. The wandering wookie head-butted a tour guide.
 That's one honest cop. The Kewaskum, Wis. police chief cited himself for a traffic violation. After he accidentally drove past a school bus with its lights flashing, the chief wrote himself a $235 ticket and paid the fine the following day.
 The worried wife. A woman in New York was arrested after spiking her NYPD-husband's meatball with marijuana. She wanted him to test positive so he'd lose his job, because she was afraid he would be killed in the line of duty. She figured a prison sentence was better than a funeral.
 Wrong anthem. A local band in Grenada, in honor of a China-financed stadium on the Caribbean island, played the Taiwanese national anthem for a group of visiting Chinese dignitaries. Oops, or political commentary?
 Oops again. A similar gaffe occurred at The White House last spring when an American announcer called China by Taiwan's formal name.
I am HATING on THE HATERS! urgh!!
I am sure that I am not alone in this and to snatch Hillary's wordz..... "I am SICK AND TIRED!" I AM sick and tired of whats going on.All of a sudden the Bush Haters have morphed into Troop bashers and I cant stay silent.The Bush Haters have been on the rampage trying to take him out at the knees and brought a whole bunch of pain and confusion for our Armed Forces and thier families.Its sickening that John Kerry trots himself out (and I say, why Barbaro and NOT HIM!) and as always sticks his HOOF INTO HIS MOUTH! The elistist piece of Euro-Trash wannabe cant help himself.He is pissin all over a new breed of war Warriors.Its not euff he dissed his OWN FELLOW BROTHERS,but he has to chip on the brave troops of THIS WAR.Dont get me wrong, he went to battle,and I thank him and respect that.(Even if it was only a few months and he came home with rice in his butt).But he trots into a foreign country and disrespects our President and troops is treason.I cant help but think he does this on purpose.Maybe he is brain damaged, but he has to know that his words are like bombs on our troops.What the world and OUR ENEMIES sees right now are the same antique hippies that protested in the 60's.JIHAD JANE and the same pack of screamers from back then(hairy armpits and all I imagine;-) ).Dont they have a conscience?Doesnt a paid government rep have the scense to shut his fugly-ass piehole and say something POSSITIVE about our Troops that are engaged in thee bloodiest,nastiest battle of all? John Kerry should have learned from his first time around that his rants about how wrong war and the President and the troops are? Now all the ANTI WAR rallys and leading the pack the same handful of Hollywierds High Horsemen.I am SICK and TIRED of them and the other Cindy Sheehanistas.Speaking of Ms. Thang,who is footing the bill for all her appearences?Moveon.com, I am sure.I am a peace loving citizen, but trust me, I dont think a plate of Brownies delived by Susan Serandon will chill the freakin TERRORISTS!!!!! DUH! What did the sit ins and rallys of the 60's do?Realy. What did it accomplish.The draft dodgers FELT LIKE THEY WERE DOING SOMETHING?Probably.Those who dont go to war shall protest it.And WHO is fighting to protect these sceamers 1st ammendent PRIVELDGE? Ironic isnt it? I for one want to thank all you Vets and families of our warriors.I appologize for all the ingrates that are running around the country side dis-respecting you and your loved ones.They are out numbered in the real world.There are millions that suport you and your family,and unfortunately the squeaky wheels get on the news.Every day,I meet a Vet or a family member and they give me encouragement to Support and Respect our Armed Forces, as you should.John Kerry and the pack of misfit,over paid,bloated,kumbayah singing 60's rejects need to go ito the mountains of Afganistan and circle their rainbow painted wagons and deal with those terrorists who want to turn us into dust. I dont think the terrorists want them on their SIDE EITHER! Maybe these actors who are on the front lines of the Anti war rallies are desperate for work,and hope to ignite a carreer that has long since burned out?Too badd for them Love Boat still isnt taping.They get alot of press,and air time that they would NEVER get just (lame) acting. So we shall hold our collective breaths as Kerry and The Insane Clown Possee look like morons and sound like that too. I blame the whole Global Warming thing, on their gass blowing!LOL! And have you noticed how these peace loving jerks are becoming more and more violent? How DARE they spit in faces of vets! I love and honor all of you and hope you know the majority of us feel like this.Keep your heads up and your eyes and ears open.Speak out and speak up in supporting the troops.And do it loud and do it often.I thank you. GOD BLESS US AND GOD BLESS THE TROOPS!
THEY JUST CAME BACK FROM A WAR
Hi ya'll! I hope the New Year is going well and you are well and your loved ones, too! I am very concerned about our brave heros that have been to war, and are now home (some just 4 now).We focus on the troops kicking ass over there in Satans armpit and sometimes it just falls to the wayside the ones back here in our great country.The lucky ones will just have severe emotional problems of horrific memories and trama.The many thousands that are bodily damaged,mamed for life and living in hell are my two boiling points today.Darryl Worley (Have You Forgotten) has this song and video out now (he played it live on Seans show) is haunting me.The words are so raw and real and wise.I wil post the lyrics below and hope you read each word and take it to heart as if a soldier was whispering this in your ear. How can these heroic Americans who sacrifice life and limb re-adjust to our cushy,almost digustingly materialistic,me-me-me life.Even our animals are obese (FDA just approved a doogie diet pill,no shit, I will speak on that later,urgh!).We right now are obsessed with a Rosie and Trump sissy fight (both are bloated,overpaid,big headed bully blowhards),Britneys naked nah-nah,and lets mention the lawmakers are hurting our warriors with their Bush hating/war hating rants. Then there is Ms.Thang,Cindy Sheehan and her roaming band of idiots who are trottig Cindy out as a rock star,smearing her good sons name,passion and love of our country and his belief he needed to defend it and us.She as eclipsed his memory with her spotlight craving insanity.And do we even KNOW HIS NAME? I dont,she has used his death as her own step ladder to 'fame',and she is probably being used and exploited by the left/war haters/BushHaters for their own bidding.Maybe her grief has numbed her.I feel for her, but she is a disgrace.Then Pukelosi and Kennedy and the other stooges screaming from their high horses how horrible we are for being there, and totaly dissing on a daily basis, the warriors with sand in their eyes,battle worn and the rest that goes with war and being away from all you love and cherish.My heart realy bleeds for the troops there,the VETS home and their families,loved ones and the fallen. I so wish I had the ways and means to visit one of the hospitals and kiss and hug every troop I could!(can you say CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP!? lol). They had to open a new hospital in Texas to mend and tend to the wounded.The numbers are staggering,and thats war kidz.It aint pretty,its nasty and sucks,but its a massive reality right under our noses.We freaking OWE it to them ,the WHOLE country/goverment owes it to these brave,disabled (mentaly and bodily injured GREAT AMERICANS!!) to not only respect,honor,appreciate and love them for their service, but to give them Gold Standard care and then some.And for the loved ones as well. I ran across a couple of websites to help out these HEROS. One is www.fisherhouse.org They provide homes for families while the soldiers are being cared for. Another is www.HeroMiles.com this is where you can donate your frequent flyer miles to families to get to where their injured family member is for free.We just cant expect the depleted government to do everythiing thats why these two sites ROCK and get and big thumbs up from me ;-)> We all owe ALL of these Warriors,the brave, dead,mamed,ill,or the walking dead HOPE,STRENGTH,HELP,A HAND UP,CARE FOR THEIR FAMILY and THEN SOME! I know how deep my gratitude runs thru me,and I pray you get this fever too.Just think what these troops must think of what America has become.The lawmakers sound like nag haggy old bitties,the borders are still as open as Britneys legs,the anti war movement who are just insane with the lack of support for them,the warped media perseption,and I can go on.I am pissed,yes.But I want to make a difference in these soldiers lives.I hope you do as well.I dont mean to be a downer, but this is hard core.Serious as a heart attack.Our prayers alone are NOT ENUFF.Stay The Course or Cut and Run.Whatever side you are on,you must have compassion and madd support for the Great American Military.Ok, I will retract my claws and let my fur settle down, and wish you a great week and a happy heart and mind. I love you all and thank you for being here.We CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Check out Darryls song lyrics and tell me you dont feel it! ~~~~~ I Just Came Back From A War - Darryl Worley
First thing I did when that plane finally landed was kiss the ground;
The next thing I did was to go find my friends down at the old hang-out.
We drank some beer and talked a lot about old times
But when the boos finally hit Billy Joe Grimes
He said, "I don't know what it is but you seem different to me."
I said, "I just came back from a place where they hated me and everything I stand for;
A land where our brothers are dying for others who don't even care any more.
If I'm not exactly the same good old boy that you ran around with before,
I just came back from a war.
The very next morning I took a walk through the neighboorhood.
I thought it's been so long since Ive been in a place where everything is good;
People laughin' and children were playing,
And as I watched them I found myself praying,
"Lord, keep them safe here at home in the land of the free"
'Cause I just came back from a place where they hated me and everything I stand for;
A land where our brothers are dying for others who don't even care any more.
If I'm not the same little freckled-faced boy that grew up in that house next door,
I just came back from a war.
I hope you cherish this sweet way of life, and I hope you know that it comes with a price.
I just came back from a place where they hated me and everything I stand for;
A land where our brothers are dying for others who don't even care any more.
Chances are I never will be the same, I really don't know any more,
I just came back from a war
I just came back from a war.
You don't know me, you don't know me...
I just came back from a war.
You don't know me, you don't know me...
WELCOME TO HELL ;-)>
~~Happy New Years Eve-Eve! Saddam is gone and burning in Hell.Good end to a bad story.There is a song by my favorite and most yummy Country Boy TRACE ADKINS from his Greatest Hits Vol. 1 (track 14) Its called "WELCOME TO HELL", written right after 9/11.It was 4 Bin Laden and his ilk, but Saddam gets the tune! I have spent hours tryng to pull the FULL AUDIO of this purfect song ,but only 13 seconds can be found. So I shall post lyrics to this powerful and appropriate song.(My fave part is "I dont know what you been told, but there aint NO VIRGINS HERE!" ) Try to hear this on cd on maybe one of you brainiacs can pull the whole song audio for us! KISSES! =^.^= ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~WELCOME TO HELL~~ Come on in, son, have a seat
Don't mind the screams, don't mind the heat
Its been like this 'round here for a long, long time
We haven't had the chance to meet
But i've heard about you on TV
And i think we're gonna get along just fine
I can't help but notice, you look somewhat surprised
Did you think, son, after what you've done,
The Lord would let you slide?
[chorus]
Welcome to Hell, your new home
you did the crime now you'll do the time
Right where you belong
Welcome to Hell, end of the line
Your final sin, got you in
And now your soul is mine
Welcome to Hell
I hope for your sake you're the kind
That can stand to burn 'til the end of time
'Cause that's exactly what you're gonna do
There's some lots left on the lake of fire
Where we send your kind to retire
And i picked out a nice little hot spot just for you
I've got one last thing to tell ya
And let me make this clear
I don't know what you've been told
But there ain't no virgins here
[chorus]
Welcome to Hell, your new home
you did the crime now you'll do the time
Right where you belong
Welcome to Hell, end of the line
Your final sin, got you in
And now your soul is mine
Welcome to Hell
Welcome to Hell, boy
Welcome to Hell, end of the line
Your final sin, got you in
And now your ass is mine
Welcome to Hell
Welcome to Hell, boy
You're gonna love it.
SAD & SICK!Desperate AFGHAN women commit SUICIDE BY FIRE 2 flee abuse & hardship ;-(
Afghan women commit suicide by fire.
KABUL, Afghanistan - Blood dripped down the 16-year-old girl’s face after another beating by her drug addict husband. Worn down by life’s pain, she ran to the kitchen, doused herself with gas from a lamp and struck a match.
Desperate to escape domestic violence, forced marriage and hardship, scores of women across Afghanistan each year are committing suicide by fire. While some gains have been made since the fall of the Taliban five years ago, life remains bleak for many Afghan women in the conservative and violence-plagued country, and suicide is a common escape.
Young Gulsum survived to tell her story. Her pretty face and delicate feet were untouched by the flames, but beneath her red turtleneck sweater, floral skirt and white shawl, her skin is puffy and scarred. More than a month after her attempt, her gnarled hands still bleed.
“It was my decision to die. I didn’t want to be like this, with my hands and body like this,” she said, sitting on a hospital bed in Kabul and hiding her deformed hands beneath her shawl.
Reliable statistics on self-immolation nationwide are difficult to gauge. In Herat province, where the practice has been most reported and publicized, there were 93 cases last year and 54 so far this year. More than 70 percent of these women die. ...
An estimated 60 to 80 percent of Afghan marriages are forced, the report said. More than half of Afghan women are married before they turn 16 and many young girls are married to men who are several decades older, the report said. The exchange of women and girls to resolve a crime, debt or household dispute is also common.
She can bring home the bacon,fry it up ina pan and still KNOW HOW 2 KILL TALIBAN! Shes MILITARY WOMAN!
Women take on major battlefield roles
By SHARON COHEN, AP National Writer Sat Dec 2, 5:06 PM ET
A goodwill mission to deliver kerosene heaters to Iraqi schools erupts into the fiery chaos of a roadside bombing  and Maj. Mary Prophit shields a comrade so he can rescue a critically burned Iraqi soldier.
ADVERTISEMENT
A convoy outside Baghdad is ambushed by machine-gun wielding Iraqi insurgents  and Spc. Ashley Pullen races down a road to save an injured sergeant.
A Black Hawk helicopter is struck by a rocket-propelled grenade in
Iraq  and co-pilot Tammy Duckworth, bloody and severely wounded, struggles to stay conscious until the damaged aircraft is down and her crew is safe.
In Iraq and
Afghanistan, women warriors are writing a new chapter in military history, serving by the tens of thousands, fending off enemy fire and taking on  and succeeding in  high-profile roles in the battlefield and the skies as never before.
"The American public is beginning to realize that women are playing an equal part in this war and that they are facing the same risks," says Duckworth, who lost both legs in the 2004 insurgent attack. "This is the first time in our nation's history ... when it's normal to see female names as part of the war wounded or those killed in action."
More than 155,000 women have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan since 2002, according to the
Pentagon, nearly four times the number during the Persian
Gulf War. Females now account for 15 percent of the active duty force.
The number of women casualties  68 dead and more than 430 injured  represents a tiny fraction of the total. Still, by one estimate, the deaths exceed the number of military women who lost their lives in Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf War combined.
The public, long accustomed to seeing disabled male veterans and grieving widows clutching folded U.S. flags, has adjusted to a new set of somber images: women soldiers coming home with life-changing injuries and tearful farewells to mothers, wives and daughters.
In just two weeks in September, bombs killed four military women in Iraq and Afghanistan. Among them: Sgt. 1st Class Merideth Howard, a 52-year-old former firefighter with a master's degree in marine biology, and 2nd Lt. Emily J.T. Perez, a 23-year-old West Point graduate of the "Class of 9-11" who played the clarinet, spoke fluent German, read the Bible daily and helped start an
AIDS ministry at her church.
There is no shared experience that binds together the women of war. Each has a different story, a reason why they're in uniform, an explanation of how their lives have changed.
Some feel pressured to prove themselves as women. Others don't. Some never fire their weapons. Others engage in life-and-death battles. Some are professional soldiers. Others enlist for college money. A few are grandmothers; many more are in their 20s.
Almost all serve anonymously, though a few have captured headlines back home. Former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski made news as the highest-ranking officer punished in the
Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal. Jessica Lynch, the former prisoner of war, rocketed onto the nation's TV screens when she was portrayed as a guns-blazing, all-American heroine  a depiction she herself disavowed.
But Lynch's job  Army supply clerk in a maintenance company  illustrates one of the realities of the war: No place is safe. As the insurgency took hold, that grew even more apparent. Front lines don't exist. Combat troops still face the heaviest losses and while women are mostly in support roles, a mortar or bomb can strike anywhere from a mess hall to a supply convoy.
"My dad has friends who constantly tell him, 'Oh, your daughter's fine in Iraq. She's not in harm's way or she's not involved in combat,'" says Capt. Mary Caruso, who served two tours in Iraq, one as a platoon leader in the 194th Military Police Company.
"I don't think the general public really sees what females are doing over there," she says. "We don't have a linear battlefield anymore. The enemy's everywhere."
Women are barred from units assigned to direct ground combat  the infantry, armor and artillery, for example. While many remain in traditional jobs, such as health care, they've also served as translators and mechanics, commanded police companies and support battalions, flown jet fighters and attack helicopters.
They've been heroes, too.
In the Kentucky National Guard's 617th Military Police Company, Army Sgt. Leigh Ann Hester became the first woman since World War II to win the Silver Star for heroism. After a supply convoy was ambushed, she and others counterattacked, killing more than two dozen insurgents.
Spc. Ashley Pullen, another member of the unit, received a Bronze Star for valor, risking her life to help save a wounded soldier in the same attack. In recommending her for a medal, her company commander praised her "incredible courage."
"We now know women can hold their own, they're brave, they do have the physical and mental stamina to face combat-like situations," says retired Navy Capt. Lory Manning, director of the Women in the Military Project at the Women's Research and Education Institute in Washington, D.C. "We now know that men don't go to pieces and the American public doesn't go to pieces if women are killed. And we know that women, in fact, can defend men."
Manning says that represents a change in perceptions.
"I used to get a lot of guff that women can't do this, that women are weakening the military, women are feminizing the military  that's gone with the wind," she says. "The debate about whether they belong there seems to be over."
Not quite. Though women are widely viewed as essential with the nation's fighting forces stretched thin and they perform jobs off-limits to men for cultural reasons  searching Iraqi females, for instance  the critics have not been silenced.
"Engaging the enemy in this uncivilized thing we call war is a job for men, not women," Kate O'Beirne, a conservative pundit and Washington editor of the National Review, said in a radio interview this spring. She likened it to a man sending his wife or daughter to check out a possible home break-in.
Martin van Creveld, a prominent military historian and Iraq war critic, argues the contribution of females in the conflict has been dramatically exaggerated. "They're not occupying any particularly important positions or fighting in the front ... If there were not a single woman (deployed), the war would be the same," he says.
The Center for Military Readiness, a conservative think tank, contends that the Army has ignored its rules that prevent female soldiers from being in units that "physically collocate and remain with" ground combat troops.
Elaine Donnelly, the center's president, says that creates the potential for romantic involvement, morale problems and physical hazards. A woman, she says, might not be strong enough to rescue a wounded male soldier.
"All these social issues do matter," she says. "Cohesion is what lives depend on. It's all about survival. If you start causing doubts, you make the job more difficult or dangerous for everybody."
Last year, some members of Congress tried to curb the role of women in combat zones, but retreated after running into opposition from the Pentagon and lawmakers from both parties.
Capt. Christine Roney was tangled in the debate in 2004 when she was about to take command of a forward support company that would accompany a combat battalion.
She says she was told several male captains fired off e-mails to members of Congress and the Center for Military Readiness opposing the move. One captain, she says, messaged one of her peers asking: "What are you guys doing sending a female over here?"
When plans changed and a man was chosen to take command, Roney says she was disappointed at first, then reconsidered. "I probably did think having a female would have been disruptive in some sense," she says. "They might think they have to act differently with a woman."
Roney, who ended up commanding a logistics company that conducted more than 500 missions in the streets of Baghdad, thinks gender walls will crumble as more women and men work together.
"Sometimes," she says, "they need to get females in the unit to see they have some of the same abilities, the same competencies as the male soldiers."
Some of that already has happened.
Capt. Tara Stiles was a platoon leader in the 194th Military Police Company supporting the First Marine Expeditionary Force. "At first, they were kind of leery," she says. But after a few weeks "they'd rather have my platoon vs. one of the others led by males. .. They needed their backs covered and we were there. And vice versa."
Stiles' company was commanded by Capt. Terri Dorn, who says she noticed some Marines were uncomfortable dealing with females, but she didn't detect resentment.
"I never felt like someone was trying to tell me we're in the wrong place," she says. "It was, 'Oh my God, what do we do?' ... Really what you're doing is teaching that person how to deal with a female."
Dorn says when men would tell her they'd never had a woman in their unit, she'd reply: "Don't think of them as females. Talk to them as soldiers."
It was advice she, too, found useful. "I wasn't a female," she says. "I was a company commander."
Dorn says some Iraqi military leaders proved a far bigger obstacle. There were those, she says, who refused to shake her hand. "It didn't hinder our conversation," she says. "It didn't hurt my feelings ... I proved myself by not allowing them NOT to speak with me."
For decades there have been questions about men and women bunking in the same quarters and whether they could serve together without distractions. While problems such as sexual harassment and assault remain, some say that gender lines blur when lives are on the line.
"Traditionally, the front is the most sexless place in the world. Behind the lines is where trouble happens," says Joshua Goldstein, a professor emeritus of international relations at American University and author of "War and Gender."
Lt. Col. Cheri Provancha, who commanded a Stryker Brigade Support Battalion in Iraq with 700 soldiers, says she didn't detect a gender gap among her troops.
"It didn't matter if you were male or female," she says. "You're going through the same thing as your buddy. That creates a bond."
Provancha also says she has noticed firsthand how attitudes toward women have changed in her 23 years in the Army.
"In the 1980s when a male soldier walks in the door, the expectation is they are competent. The woman on the other hand, it was 'I've got to see what you have before I give you that level of confidence,'" she says. "Now when I walk in the door, I feel like the guys do."
But other officers say the military is far from having an even playing field.
Janis Karpinski, who was demoted to colonel after the scandal at the Abu Ghraib prison, says she was a scapegoat  and she blames many of her problems on being a woman.
When the prison conditions started unraveling, she says, "there was not a good ole boy network to support me. They wouldn't let me in. ... There was not a male commander to say, 'Hey, Janis, you better watch out.' Had I been a man, I would have been aware of it all along."
Karpinski says the military is still regarded by many men in uniform  especially the older ones  as the "last bastion of male dominance and they're very reluctant to give up this turf to women."
And yet, some see progress, partly because younger men are moving up in the ranks along with women.
"Gender integration is not perfect by any stretch, but it's a heck of lot better than it was 30 years ago when women entered the military academy," says Mady Wechsler Segal, professor of sociology at the University of Maryland and an expert on the military.
Women have a long history of military service going back to the Revolutionary War, when they sometimes disguised themselves as men to defend their country. Through the many wars, they've been spies and soldiers, nurses and pilots  and prisoners.
Relatively few, however, have fallen from enemy fire. In World War I, for example, nearly 360 servicewomen died, mostly nurses stricken by influenza, according to the Women's Memorial Foundation.
And in World War II, more than 330,000 women served both domestically and abroad, and more than 540 died, mostly from vehicle accidents, air crashes and illness, according to the foundation. Sixteen Army nurses died by enemy fire, the group says.
In the Persian Gulf War, about two-thirds of the 15 women who died lost their lives in non-hostile incidents. (In Iraq and Afghanistan, more than a third of the deaths have been non-combat fatalities.)
After the Gulf War, the Army opened thousands more jobs to women, including piloting attack and scout helicopters.
Maj. Tammy Duckworth  who recently lost a bid for Congress  says when she joined the Illinois Army National Guard, she picked aviation because it was a combat position open to women. "I wanted to be treated equally to the males in my unit ... and I felt part of that was accepting the same kind of risks," she says.
Early on, she says she adapted to being a woman in a man's world. "I tried to be one of the boys, to be tough or tougher," she says. But her attitude changed as she was promoted. "I knew I was a good enough officer on my own and I stopped trying to be extra-macho," she says.
Besides, she adds, some of the guys were already teasing her that she had "ovaries of brass."
But other women say they're mindful of being a minority and feel pressure  some of it self-imposed  to demonstrate their physical strength and their mental toughness so no one thinks they'll crumble when bullets start flying or bombs start exploding.
Alicia Flores says she earned the respect of male comrades in the Army's 92nd Chemical Company by hauling bodies, cleaning up feces, doing everything men did. "I had a lot of guys look up to me and say, 'How could you be out here doing this?' "
Flores says she was determined not to show weakness.
"I saw a lot of guys break down," she says. "Most of the times I did a lot better than they did. ... I wasn't going to break down and cry. Crying wasn't going to get me anywhere. It was just going to get me dirtier."
Aneta Urban stood out as the only women in her Marine police company during training in Camp Pendleton, Calif. She could feel all eyes on her.
"When it's 100 guys and you're the only girl, it's like proving yourself every day," she says. "When you're doing rifle training, close combat training, they're looking at you a lot more closely. They're wondering: Can she do it? Can she handle it? You don't want to be laughed at."
Two years later, when she was deployed, she felt she had measured up.
"They knew they could depend on me," she says. "They knew I could pull my own weight. They knew they could trust me if something happened."
Even so, Urban, a native of Poland who served as translator on a second tour, says she would never complain about "stupid girly issues" such as the lack of bathrooms.
"We were under enough stress as it is ... without worrying about finding a place to go pee," she says.
Some women say hygiene issues, whether it's going to the bathroom in a hole in the ground or not being able to wash your hair for a month, tend to be harder on females than men. Some find creative solutions.
Maj. Mary Prophit, for instance, secured her own shower, trading a Benchmade knife in exchange.
Prophit was part of a four-member Civil Affairs team and one of three women among a task force of 700. If that didn't set her apart, her age did. "I was old enough to be their mother," says the 42-year-old mother of three who is a library assistant in Glenoma, Wash. "I thought it was kind of cool."
Despite two decades in the Army Reserve, Prophit says she felt internal pressures to be a good model. "I knew if I screwed up, someone would say, 'That's why we shouldn't have women in the military,'" she says. "I want to make sure that no one thinks the mission dragged on because I'm there."
In January 2005, Prophit demonstrated her skills when the convoy she was in was attacked by a roadside bomb, ripping into the truck behind her that was carrying Iraqi soldiers.
With ammunition exploding from the blazing truck, Prophit used her body as a shield so a medic could tend to one of the badly burned Iraqis. Later, she laid down fire at a mosque where insurgents were hiding.
Prophit then propped up the critically wounded Iraqi with her body in the tight quarters of the Stryker armored vehicle, placed his head in her lap and tried to keep him conscious as they raced to the hospital.
"My performance was a testament that women can be in combat," she says. But she draws a line. "I definitely don't think women should be in the infantry. It's not because they're not mentally strong enough or physically strong enough. If you mix genders, that alters the dynamic of the group."
After the war ends, the military and Congress will evaluate these kinds of experiences and there will be renewed discussion about what combat is, but any changes will probably be incremental, not dramatic, says Manning, the military expert.
For now, though, she says, "the public accepts that women are in the military, that there are going to be shootings, that they're going to be dying, and that's fine  with most people."
Utah Jail Inmates Knit for the Needy
That isn't just for the inmates; that's for the rest of us.
Jail inmates are spending hours knitting caps, blankets and booties for children around the world. 'We might all be criminals,' said David Evans, 25, of Blackfoot, Idaho, 'but some of us have big hearts.'
The pastime at the Cache County Jail in northern Utah began about two years ago. The handmade crafts go to a group called Save the Children or to humanitarian efforts organized by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Inmates have knitted more than 300 hats this year, about half with matching booties. They also have stitched mittens and small blankets.
'We are like an army,' said Jane DeSpain, a Mormon Relief Society president who organized the project. 'There are humanitarian projects going on all over the world. They are part of that.'
Jail officials said they were wary about putting knitting needles, a potential weapon, in the hands of inmates. But there have been no incidents. The needles are counted and collected before 30 to 40 prisoners return to their minimum-security blocks.
'Anytime you are doing something good for someone else, you are improving yourself,' said Capt. Kim Cheshire, jail commander. 'That isn't just for the inmates; that's for the rest of us.'
One man created a large hat that resembled the one worn by the cat in Dr. Seuss' 'Cat In The Hat.' It stretched more than 3 feet, with broad red and white stripes and a braided tassel. Folded beneath was a child's hat to match.
Justin Paz, 19, of Logan, recently was making a blue baby blanket. As his tattooed hand worked the needles, he thought about the child, probably a boy, who would snuggle with it.
Paz said he's hooked on a hobby that is 'helping somebody.'
'Honestly, when I get out, I'm going to buy one of these,' he said of the knitting tools
Hungry NY?How out some chimp ass,lungs,rodents?BLUE PLATE special or ROAD KILL SPECIAL??!!
New York cracks down on mystery meats
From iguanas to armadillos, state inspectors confiscate illegal exotic fare
NEW YORK - When a food safety inspector walked into a market in Queens, he noticed the store had an interesting special posted on its front window: 12 beefy armadillos.
In Brooklyn, inspectors found 15 pounds of iguana meat at a West Indian market and 200 pounds of cow lungs for sale at another market.
At a West African grocery in Manhattan, the store was selling smoked rodent meat from a refrigerated display case. An inspector quickly seized a couple pounds of it.
All of it was headed for the dinner table. All of it was also illegal.
Authorities say the discoveries are part of a larger trend in which markets across New York are buying meat and other foods from unregulated sources and selling them to an immigrant population accustomed to more exotic fare.
State regulators have responded by stepping up enforcement, confiscating 65 percent more food through September than they did in all of 2005.
The seizures also cast a spotlight on the eating habits of this ethnically diverse city, where everything from turtles and fish paste to frogs and duck feet make their way onto people's plates.
Maybe they WILL donate some fence building materials to help secure this great nation.They freaking made a gazzillion bucks on Americans and projecting the image of being ALL AMERICAN.(Hey, have you checked where most of these products are from, or some of the workers for tht matter?) hummm =^.^= ~~
Wal-Mart de Mexico, or Walmex, also said in a conference call with media that the company will initially finance its banking business with its own capital.
Last week, Mexico's Treasury secretary approved the opening of five new banks, including one by Walmex, the country's largest retailer.
Solorzano said he hopes the company's banking division will bring it closer to its customers, because "a large part of our clients do not have access to banking services."
The bank is expected to offer basic deposits and loans, including savings accounts linked to debit cards and checkbooks.
In the U.S., where Wal-Mart (nyse: WMT - news - people ) has applied for approval to establish an industrial loan corporation, a kind of industrial bank, it has been met with opposition from existing banks, unions, lawmakers, and consumer and community organizations.
Wal-Mart insists it has no plans to compete with community banks and has pledged to stay out of branch banking and consumer lending. Rather, its newly chartered bank would be used to handle the 140 million credit card, debit card and electronic check payments it processes each year, the company says.
In July, U.S. bank regulators decided to put on hold for six months any new approvals of such applications.
Analysts at Deutsche Bank (nyse: DB - news - people ) said in a report last week: "Mexico offers an attractive potential for growth as loans only represent 13 percent of gross domestic product, in contrast to 70 percent in Chile and 32 percent in Brazil."
Solorzano said the banks are also expected to boost business by bringing more people into the stores. However, he believes the banking division will not make a profit until the fourth year.
Julio Bosco Gomez, the former general director of Bank One in Mexico, has been put in charge of Banco Wal-Mart de Mexico Adelante SA.
In recent years, Mexican retailers have moved into retail banking to sell financial products to their mainly low-income clients. Mexico's large retail banks have typically shunned this market, in favor of lending to middle and upper income individuals and corporations.
Mexican retailer Grupo Famsa plans to open Banco Ahorro Famsa, while retailer Controladora Comercial Mexicana SA (other-otc: 8363.PK - news - people ) said it will partner with a unit of French banking group BNP Paribas (other-otc: BNPZY.PK - news - people ) SA to offer consumer and credit card loans in Mexico.
Grupo Elektra was the first Mexican retailer to enter banking when it opened its Banco Azteca unit in 2002, which had 17.32 billion pesos ($1.58 billion) in loans at the end of June. Elektra also operates insurance and pension-fund companies.
