HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOUR KIDS? R U SURE??

Yesterday it was discovered that an 18 year old son stabbed to death multiple times and strangeled his mother to death. He then drug them to the shed area and dumped their lifeless bodies in the front loader. He was in health care, she a local teacher. They were an average family. The also had a daughter at school that day, luckily she is alive. They boy,Bryan was Bi-Polar,had some issues and like most families the stress and drama takes its toll. Many of you are in the midst of teen anger or power issues and just think its a part of growing up.Bryan liked to stay up all night,he loved to wear long black coats. Some of your Columbine radars are jacking, I know.I want to save a soul and hopefuly lives with this message.Bryan was on www.MySpace.com constantly tellng tales of how he always thinks of death.Morbid, lonely, sad, confused boys writtings. There for the world to read. There are thousands of you with kids on www.myspace.com or www.friendster.com I urge you, hell, I BEG YOU to go to these sites and in search are type their name or nickname(Like mine is Karpet Kitten) you dont need a password to read their pages. You can also type their friends names in (they usualy link up).I pray you kid is just a normal person and has decent thoughts, hopes and wants. But there is always a 'Bryan' who is BEGGING for you to read it and help him/her.This is a big weapon to save them from themselves. Its not just tats and piercings and black clothes and hair and nails (hey, thats me). Its not like I am asking you to install cameras or go thru personals (unless you find out something). Its not being nosey, its being informed, incharge being the adult. If only Bryans parents read it or someone informed them they may be alive and Bryan get help. Now he will get Life if not death. I BEG YOU TO USE YOUR COMPUTERS FOR THIS VERY IMPORTANT REASON TODAY. The life you save may be your own.I love you.Good Luck. Also GOOGLE their names. SAD & SICK!Desperate AFGHAN women commit SUICIDE BY FIRE 2 flee abuse & hardship ;-(

Afghan women commit suicide by fire. KABUL, Afghanistan - Blood dripped down the 16-year-old girl’s face after another beating by her drug addict husband. Worn down by life’s pain, she ran to the kitchen, doused herself with gas from a lamp and struck a match. Desperate to escape domestic violence, forced marriage and hardship, scores of women across Afghanistan each year are committing suicide by fire. While some gains have been made since the fall of the Taliban five years ago, life remains bleak for many Afghan women in the conservative and violence-plagued country, and suicide is a common escape. Young Gulsum survived to tell her story. Her pretty face and delicate feet were untouched by the flames, but beneath her red turtleneck sweater, floral skirt and white shawl, her skin is puffy and scarred. More than a month after her attempt, her gnarled hands still bleed. “It was my decision to die. I didn’t want to be like this, with my hands and body like this,” she said, sitting on a hospital bed in Kabul and hiding her deformed hands beneath her shawl. Reliable statistics on self-immolation nationwide are difficult to gauge. In Herat province, where the practice has been most reported and publicized, there were 93 cases last year and 54 so far this year. More than 70 percent of these women die. ... An estimated 60 to 80 percent of Afghan marriages are forced, the report said. More than half of Afghan women are married before they turn 16 and many young girls are married to men who are several decades older, the report said. The exchange of women and girls to resolve a crime, debt or household dispute is also common.

She can bring home the bacon, fry it up ina pan and still KNOW HOW 2 KILL TALIBAN! Shes MILITARY WOMAN!

Women take on major battlefield roles By SHARON COHEN, AP National Writer Sat Dec 2, 5:06 PM ET A goodwill mission to deliver kerosene heaters to Iraqi schools erupts into the fiery chaos of a roadside bombing and Maj. Mary Prophit shields a comrade so he can rescue a critically burned Iraqi soldier. ADVERTISEMENT A convoy outside Baghdad is ambushed by machine-gun wielding Iraqi insurgents and Spc. Ashley Pullen races down a road to save an injured sergeant. A Black Hawk helicopter is struck by a rocket-propelled grenade in Iraq and co-pilot Tammy Duckworth, bloody and severely wounded, struggles to stay conscious until the damaged aircraft is down and her crew is safe. In Iraq and Afghanistan, women warriors are writing a new chapter in military history, serving by the tens of thousands, fending off enemy fire and taking on and succeeding in high-profile roles in the battlefield and the skies as never before. "The American public is beginning to realize that women are playing an equal part in this war and that they are facing the same risks," says Duckworth, who lost both legs in the 2004 insurgent attack. "This is the first time in our nation's history ... when it's normal to see female names as part of the war wounded or those killed in action." More than 155,000 women have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan since 2002, according to the Pentagon, nearly four times the number during the Persian Gulf War. Females now account for 15 percent of the active duty force. The number of women casualties 68 dead and more than 430 injured represents a tiny fraction of the total. Still, by one estimate, the deaths exceed the number of military women who lost their lives in Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf War combined. The public, long accustomed to seeing disabled male veterans and grieving widows clutching folded U.S. flags, has adjusted to a new set of somber images: women soldiers coming home with life-changing injuries and tearful farewells to mothers, wives and daughters. In just two weeks in September, bombs killed four military women in Iraq and Afghanistan. Among them: Sgt. 1st Class Merideth Howard, a 52-year-old former firefighter with a master's degree in marine biology, and 2nd Lt. Emily J.T. Perez, a 23-year-old West Point graduate of the "Class of 9-11" who played the clarinet, spoke fluent German, read the Bible daily and helped start an AIDS ministry at her church. There is no shared experience that binds together the women of war. Each has a different story, a reason why they're in uniform, an explanation of how their lives have changed. Some feel pressured to prove themselves as women. Others don't. Some never fire their weapons. Others engage in life-and-death battles. Some are professional soldiers. Others enlist for college money. A few are grandmothers; many more are in their 20s. Almost all serve anonymously, though a few have captured headlines back home. Former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski made news as the highest-ranking officer punished in the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal. Jessica Lynch, the former prisoner of war, rocketed onto the nation's TV screens when she was portrayed as a guns-blazing, all-American heroine a depiction she herself disavowed. But Lynch's job Army supply clerk in a maintenance company illustrates one of the realities of the war: No place is safe. As the insurgency took hold, that grew even more apparent. Front lines don't exist. Combat troops still face the heaviest losses and while women are mostly in support roles, a mortar or bomb can strike anywhere from a mess hall to a supply convoy. "My dad has friends who constantly tell him, 'Oh, your daughter's fine in Iraq. She's not in harm's way or she's not involved in combat,'" says Capt. Mary Caruso, who served two tours in Iraq, one as a platoon leader in the 194th Military Police Company. "I don't think the general public really sees what females are doing over there," she says. "We don't have a linear battlefield anymore. The enemy's everywhere." Women are barred from units assigned to direct ground combat the infantry, armor and artillery, for example. While many remain in traditional jobs, such as health care, they've also served as translators and mechanics, commanded police companies and support battalions, flown jet fighters and attack helicopters. They've been heroes, too. In the Kentucky National Guard's 617th Military Police Company, Army Sgt. Leigh Ann Hester became the first woman since World War II to win the Silver Star for heroism. After a supply convoy was ambushed, she and others counterattacked, killing more than two dozen insurgents. Spc. Ashley Pullen, another member of the unit, received a Bronze Star for valor, risking her life to help save a wounded soldier in the same attack. In recommending her for a medal, her company commander praised her "incredible courage." "We now know women can hold their own, they're brave, they do have the physical and mental stamina to face combat-like situations," says retired Navy Capt. Lory Manning, director of the Women in the Military Project at the Women's Research and Education Institute in Washington, D.C. "We now know that men don't go to pieces and the American public doesn't go to pieces if women are killed. And we know that women, in fact, can defend men." Manning says that represents a change in perceptions. "I used to get a lot of guff that women can't do this, that women are weakening the military, women are feminizing the military that's gone with the wind," she says. "The debate about whether they belong there seems to be over." Not quite. Though women are widely viewed as essential with the nation's fighting forces stretched thin and they perform jobs off-limits to men for cultural reasons searching Iraqi females, for instance the critics have not been silenced. "Engaging the enemy in this uncivilized thing we call war is a job for men, not women," Kate O'Beirne, a conservative pundit and Washington editor of the National Review, said in a radio interview this spring. She likened it to a man sending his wife or daughter to check out a possible home break-in. Martin van Creveld, a prominent military historian and Iraq war critic, argues the contribution of females in the conflict has been dramatically exaggerated. "They're not occupying any particularly important positions or fighting in the front ... If there were not a single woman (deployed), the war would be the same," he says. The Center for Military Readiness, a conservative think tank, contends that the Army has ignored its rules that prevent female soldiers from being in units that "physically collocate and remain with" ground combat troops. Elaine Donnelly, the center's president, says that creates the potential for romantic involvement, morale problems and physical hazards. A woman, she says, might not be strong enough to rescue a wounded male soldier. "All these social issues do matter," she says. "Cohesion is what lives depend on. It's all about survival. If you start causing doubts, you make the job more difficult or dangerous for everybody." Last year, some members of Congress tried to curb the role of women in combat zones, but retreated after running into opposition from the Pentagon and lawmakers from both parties. Capt. Christine Roney was tangled in the debate in 2004 when she was about to take command of a forward support company that would accompany a combat battalion. She says she was told several male captains fired off e-mails to members of Congress and the Center for Military Readiness opposing the move. One captain, she says, messaged one of her peers asking: "What are you guys doing sending a female over here?" When plans changed and a man was chosen to take command, Roney says she was disappointed at first, then reconsidered. "I probably did think having a female would have been disruptive in some sense," she says. "They might think they have to act differently with a woman." Roney, who ended up commanding a logistics company that conducted more than 500 missions in the streets of Baghdad, thinks gender walls will crumble as more women and men work together. "Sometimes," she says, "they need to get females in the unit to see they have some of the same abilities, the same competencies as the male soldiers." Some of that already has happened. Capt. Tara Stiles was a platoon leader in the 194th Military Police Company supporting the First Marine Expeditionary Force. "At first, they were kind of leery," she says. But after a few weeks "they'd rather have my platoon vs. one of the others led by males. .. They needed their backs covered and we were there. And vice versa." Stiles' company was commanded by Capt. Terri Dorn, who says she noticed some Marines were uncomfortable dealing with females, but she didn't detect resentment. "I never felt like someone was trying to tell me we're in the wrong place," she says. "It was, 'Oh my God, what do we do?' ... Really what you're doing is teaching that person how to deal with a female." Dorn says when men would tell her they'd never had a woman in their unit, she'd reply: "Don't think of them as females. Talk to them as soldiers." It was advice she, too, found useful. "I wasn't a female," she says. "I was a company commander." Dorn says some Iraqi military leaders proved a far bigger obstacle. There were those, she says, who refused to shake her hand. "It didn't hinder our conversation," she says. "It didn't hurt my feelings ... I proved myself by not allowing them NOT to speak with me." For decades there have been questions about men and women bunking in the same quarters and whether they could serve together without distractions. While problems such as sexual harassment and assault remain, some say that gender lines blur when lives are on the line. "Traditionally, the front is the most sexless place in the world. Behind the lines is where trouble happens," says Joshua Goldstein, a professor emeritus of international relations at American University and author of "War and Gender." Lt. Col. Cheri Provancha, who commanded a Stryker Brigade Support Battalion in Iraq with 700 soldiers, says she didn't detect a gender gap among her troops. "It didn't matter if you were male or female," she says. "You're going through the same thing as your buddy. That creates a bond." Provancha also says she has noticed firsthand how attitudes toward women have changed in her 23 years in the Army. "In the 1980s when a male soldier walks in the door, the expectation is they are competent. The woman on the other hand, it was 'I've got to see what you have before I give you that level of confidence,'" she says. "Now when I walk in the door, I feel like the guys do." But other officers say the military is far from having an even playing field. Janis Karpinski, who was demoted to colonel after the scandal at the Abu Ghraib prison, says she was a scapegoat and she blames many of her problems on being a woman. When the prison conditions started unraveling, she says, "there was not a good ole boy network to support me. They wouldn't let me in. ... There was not a male commander to say, 'Hey, Janis, you better watch out.' Had I been a man, I would have been aware of it all along." Karpinski says the military is still regarded by many men in uniform especially the older ones as the "last bastion of male dominance and they're very reluctant to give up this turf to women." And yet, some see progress, partly because younger men are moving up in the ranks along with women. "Gender integration is not perfect by any stretch, but it's a heck of lot better than it was 30 years ago when women entered the military academy," says Mady Wechsler Segal, professor of sociology at the University of Maryland and an expert on the military. Women have a long history of military service going back to the Revolutionary War, when they sometimes disguised themselves as men to defend their country. Through the many wars, they've been spies and soldiers, nurses and pilots and prisoners. Relatively few, however, have fallen from enemy fire. In World War I, for example, nearly 360 servicewomen died, mostly nurses stricken by influenza, according to the Women's Memorial Foundation. And in World War II, more than 330,000 women served both domestically and abroad, and more than 540 died, mostly from vehicle accidents, air crashes and illness, according to the foundation. Sixteen Army nurses died by enemy fire, the group says. In the Persian Gulf War, about two-thirds of the 15 women who died lost their lives in non-hostile incidents. (In Iraq and Afghanistan, more than a third of the deaths have been non-combat fatalities.) After the Gulf War, the Army opened thousands more jobs to women, including piloting attack and scout helicopters. Maj. Tammy Duckworth who recently lost a bid for Congress says when she joined the Illinois Army National Guard, she picked aviation because it was a combat position open to women. "I wanted to be treated equally to the males in my unit ... and I felt part of that was accepting the same kind of risks," she says. Early on, she says she adapted to being a woman in a man's world. "I tried to be one of the boys, to be tough or tougher," she says. But her attitude changed as she was promoted. "I knew I was a good enough officer on my own and I stopped trying to be extra-macho," she says. Besides, she adds, some of the guys were already teasing her that she had "ovaries of brass." But other women say they're mindful of being a minority and feel pressure some of it self-imposed to demonstrate their physical strength and their mental toughness so no one thinks they'll crumble when bullets start flying or bombs start exploding. Alicia Flores says she earned the respect of male comrades in the Army's 92nd Chemical Company by hauling bodies, cleaning up feces, doing everything men did. "I had a lot of guys look up to me and say, 'How could you be out here doing this?' " Flores says she was determined not to show weakness. "I saw a lot of guys break down," she says. "Most of the times I did a lot better than they did. ... I wasn't going to break down and cry. Crying wasn't going to get me anywhere. It was just going to get me dirtier." Aneta Urban stood out as the only women in her Marine police company during training in Camp Pendleton, Calif. She could feel all eyes on her. "When it's 100 guys and you're the only girl, it's like proving yourself every day," she says. "When you're doing rifle training, close combat training, they're looking at you a lot more closely. They're wondering: Can she do it? Can she handle it? You don't want to be laughed at." Two years later, when she was deployed, she felt she had measured up. "They knew they could depend on me," she says. "They knew I could pull my own weight. They knew they could trust me if something happened." Even so, Urban, a native of Poland who served as translator on a second tour, says she would never complain about "stupid girly issues" such as the lack of bathrooms. "We were under enough stress as it is ... without worrying about finding a place to go pee," she says. Some women say hygiene issues, whether it's going to the bathroom in a hole in the ground or not being able to wash your hair for a month, tend to be harder on females than men. Some find creative solutions. Maj. Mary Prophit, for instance, secured her own shower, trading a Benchmade knife in exchange. Prophit was part of a four-member Civil Affairs team and one of three women among a task force of 700. If that didn't set her apart, her age did. "I was old enough to be their mother," says the 42-year-old mother of three who is a library assistant in Glenoma, Wash. "I thought it was kind of cool." Despite two decades in the Army Reserve, Prophit says she felt internal pressures to be a good model. "I knew if I screwed up, someone would say, 'That's why we shouldn't have women in the military,'" she says. "I want to make sure that no one thinks the mission dragged on because I'm there." In January 2005, Prophit demonstrated her skills when the convoy she was in was attacked by a roadside bomb, ripping into the truck behind her that was carrying Iraqi soldiers. With ammunition exploding from the blazing truck, Prophit used her body as a shield so a medic could tend to one of the badly burned Iraqis. Later, she laid down fire at a mosque where insurgents were hiding. Prophit then propped up the critically wounded Iraqi with her body in the tight quarters of the Stryker armored vehicle, placed his head in her lap and tried to keep him conscious as they raced to the hospital. "My performance was a testament that women can be in combat," she says. But she draws a line. "I definitely don't think women should be in the infantry. It's not because they're not mentally strong enough or physically strong enough. If you mix genders, that alters the dynamic of the group." After the war ends, the military and Congress will evaluate these kinds of experiences and there will be renewed discussion about what combat is, but any changes will probably be incremental, not dramatic, says Manning, the military expert. For now, though, she says, "the public accepts that women are in the military, that there are going to be shootings, that they're going to be dying, and that's fine with most people." ~~~I ALWAYS PRAY 4 ANGELS ON TROOPS SHOULDERS,and for our BRAVE,BEAUTIFUL,SMART BADD MAMMA JAMMA'S I SEND EXTRA LOVE,PRAYERS THANKS and SUPPORT!!! =^.^= ~~ PLEASE RESPECT,SUPPORT & PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS and THEIR FAMILIES ;-)

UTAH INMATES KNIT 4 NEEDY! NITWITS w/ NEEDLES??!! Oh,NO!

Utah Jail Inmates Knit for the Needy The Associated Press November 27, 2006 That isn't just for the inmates; that's for the rest of us. Jail inmates are spending hours knitting caps, blankets and booties for children around the world. 'We might all be criminals,' said David Evans, 25, of Blackfoot, Idaho, 'but some of us have big hearts.' The pastime at the Cache County Jail in northern Utah began about two years ago. The handmade crafts go to a group called Save the Children or to humanitarian efforts organized by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Inmates have knitted more than 300 hats this year, about half with matching booties. They also have stitched mittens and small blankets. 'We are like an army,' said Jane DeSpain, a Mormon Relief Society president who organized the project. 'There are humanitarian projects going on all over the world. They are part of that.' Jail officials said they were wary about putting knitting needles, a potential weapon, in the hands of inmates. But there have been no incidents. The needles are counted and collected before 30 to 40 prisoners return to their minimum-security blocks. 'Anytime you are doing something good for someone else, you are improving yourself,' said Capt. Kim Cheshire, jail commander. 'That isn't just for the inmates; that's for the rest of us.' One man created a large hat that resembled the one worn by the cat in Dr. Seuss' 'Cat In The Hat.' It stretched more than 3 feet, with broad red and white stripes and a braided tassel. Folded beneath was a child's hat to match. Justin Paz, 19, of Logan, recently was making a blue baby blanket. As his tattooed hand worked the needles, he thought about the child, probably a boy, who would snuggle with it. Paz said he's hooked on a hobby that is 'helping somebody.' 'Honestly, when I get out, I'm going to buy one of these,' he said of the knitting tools Utah Jail Inmates Knit for the Needy That isn't just for the inmates; that's for the rest of us. Hungry NY?How out some chimp ass, lungs, rodents?BLUE PLATE special or ROAD KILL SPECIAL??!!

New York cracks down on mystery meats From iguanas to armadillos, state inspectors confiscate illegal exotic fare NEW YORK - When a food safety inspector walked into a market in Queens, he noticed the store had an interesting special posted on its front window: 12 beefy armadillos. In Brooklyn, inspectors found 15 pounds of iguana meat at a West Indian market and 200 pounds of cow lungs for sale at another market. At a West African grocery in Manhattan, the store was selling smoked rodent meat from a refrigerated display case. An inspector quickly seized a couple pounds of it. All of it was headed for the dinner table. All of it was also illegal. Authorities say the discoveries are part of a larger trend in which markets across New York are buying meat and other foods from unregulated sources and selling them to an immigrant population accustomed to more exotic fare. State regulators have responded by stepping up enforcement, confiscating 65 percent more food through September than they did in all of 2005. The seizures also cast a spotlight on the eating habits of this ethnically diverse city, where everything from turtles and fish paste to frogs and duck feet make their way onto people's plates. ~~~~~MAKES YA WANT A SPINISH SALAD,EH? =^.^= ~~~~YYYYYEEEEAAAAAAAWWWWWHHHH

WAL-MART runz 2 the BORDER 4 $$$!! How LOW can they GO??

~~WAL-MART taps into MEXICOS booming (?) consumer loan market!WHAT THE? Maybe they WILL donate some fence building materials to help secure this great nation. They freaking made a gazzillion bucks on Americans and projecting the image of being ALL AMERICAN.(Hey, have you checked where most of these products are from, or some of the workers for tht matter?) hummm =^.^= ~~ Wal-Mart de Mexico, or Walmex, also said in a conference call with media that the company will initially finance its banking business with its own capital. Last week, Mexico's Treasury secretary approved the opening of five new banks, including one by Walmex, the country's largest retailer. Solorzano said he hopes the company's banking division will bring it closer to its customers, because "a large part of our clients do not have access to banking services." The bank is expected to offer basic deposits and loans, including savings accounts linked to debit cards and checkbooks. In the U.S., where Wal-Mart (nyse: WMT - news - people ) has applied for approval to establish an industrial loan corporation, a kind of industrial bank, it has been met with opposition from existing banks, unions, lawmakers, and consumer and community organizations. Wal-Mart insists it has no plans to compete with community banks and has pledged to stay out of branch banking and consumer lending. Rather, its newly chartered bank would be used to handle the 140 million credit card, debit card and electronic check payments it processes each year, the company says. In July, U.S. bank regulators decided to put on hold for six months any new approvals of such applications. Analysts at Deutsche Bank (nyse: DB - news - people ) said in a report last week: "Mexico offers an attractive potential for growth as loans only represent 13 percent of gross domestic product, in contrast to 70 percent in Chile and 32 percent in Brazil." Solorzano said the banks are also expected to boost business by bringing more people into the stores. However, he believes the banking division will not make a profit until the fourth year. Julio Bosco Gomez, the former general director of Bank One in Mexico, has been put in charge of Banco Wal-Mart de Mexico Adelante SA. In recent years, Mexican retailers have moved into retail banking to sell financial products to their mainly low-income clients. Mexico's large retail banks have typically shunned this market, in favor of lending to middle and upper income individuals and corporations. Mexican retailer Grupo Famsa plans to open Banco Ahorro Famsa, while retailer Controladora Comercial Mexicana SA (other-otc: 8363.PK - news - people ) said it will partner with a unit of French banking group BNP Paribas (other-otc: BNPZY.PK - news - people ) SA to offer consumer and credit card loans in Mexico. Grupo Elektra was the first Mexican retailer to enter banking when it opened its Banco Azteca unit in 2002, which had 17.32 billion pesos ($1.58 billion) in loans at the end of June. Elektra also operates insurance and pension-fund companies. PLEASE RESPECT,SUPPORT & PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS and THEIR FAMILIES ;-)

FINALY!RESPECT 4 Fallen Trrops REMAINS!No longer tossed about by AIRPORT BAGGAGE HANDELERS!

Parents of fallen soldier find peace Posted: Tuesday, Oct 24, 2006 - 11:00:15 pm PDT By BRIAN WALKER Staff writer Courtesy Photo President George W. Bush signs legislation that ensures the remains of fallen soldiers will be handled with respect when being transported home. New law ensures remains of soldiers will be handled with respect on trip home POST FALLS -- John and Stacey Holley can finally move on and grieve the loss of their son, Matthew, who was killed in Iraq. The Post Falls parents' 10-month battle for a federal law that ensures the remains of fallen soldiers are handled with respect while being transported home has become reality. "I am relieved that this mission is complete," John said Tuesday. "This has been a big responsibility to see this through to the end. "It was like riding the biggest roller coaster of your life. At first, you are apprehensive about your decision to get on, but once on, you are committed to the end. When it's all over, you are glad you did it." Matthew, who was born in Post Falls, was a 21-year-old Army specialist assigned to the 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Ky. He was killed by a roadside bomb on Nov. 15. The Holleys said they were horrified when they found out their fallen soldier son's remains were going to be handled by baggage carriers at the San Diego airport. If it hadn't been for last-minute string pulling by their military casualty assistance officer with U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., they said their son, Matthew, would have been brought to them from the airplane as "freight" rather than by an Honor Guard. Matthew was rendered honors in Dover, Del., but the Holleys also expected to see that when his remains were transported from there. Under the law, the remains will be transported to the closest military base to the family's home. The fallen soldier will be rendered honors by an Honor Guard unless otherwise directed by the next of kin. "It should have been standard operating procedure," John said. "It shouldn't have been something we had to worry about." The Holleys, both veterans, don't want what happened to them to happen to other families of fallen soldiers. "We do not want parents or loved ones to ever have to receive their service member in the cargo area of a commercial airport again without honors," John said. ~~~~PLEASE HONOR,RESPECT,THANK and SUPPORT OUR BRAVE MILITARY,THEIR FAMILIES AND THE VETS ,past and present,WHO GIVE THEIR ALL FOR US ALL~~

GUILTY!PEDOPHILE KILLER DUNCAN taken 2 FEDERAL PEN!! BOO-FREAKIN-HOO!

~~ Yesterday..the sky was bluer, the air fresher, the town calmer.Maybe its cause that guilty murdering pedophile PIG was taken to Boise till the Fed case comes up!He made it outta our safe lil jail system, but I do pray a sharp shiv finds its way into his rotten kidney,or neck.Justice will NEVER be served. But hopefuly this monster will serve as a reminder of what evil lurkes out there, then a slow, horrible death 100 times over =^.^= ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Duncan transported to state prison Posted: Monday, Oct 23, 2006 - 11:24:06 pm PDT By DAVE TURNER Staff writer Began sentence Monday at maximum security pen in Boise COEUR d'ALENE -- After 478 days, Kootenai County said goodbye to Joseph Edward Duncan III At least, perhaps, for now. Sometime Sunday or early Monday transport officers whisked the convicted triple kidnap-murderer to the Idaho State prison in Boise. "Duncan, offender No. 83655, arrived today at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution located south of Boise, at approximately 10:30 a.m. (MDT)," said state corrections officials. "It's good to have him out of here and be rid of a high-profile inmate," said sheriff's Capt. Ben Wolfinger. State officials said the move went off without incident. Duncan, a 43-year-old level III registered sex offender, pleaded guilty last Monday and was sentenced to three consecutive life terms without parole for kidnapping. Prosecutors who sought the death penalty said that the capital penalty phase for the murder convition might be held if federal officials fail to get a conviction or death sentence for kidnapping two siblings after the Wolf Lodge killings on May 16, 2005. Officials said Duncan will be held in isolation, at least for the time being. On Friday, authorities said Duncan fulfilled part of his plea deal by meeting with investigators about the Wolf Lodge kidnap and bludgeoning deaths of Brenda Mathhews Groene, 40 and her son, Slade Groene, 13, and Mark McKenzie, 37, with a claw hammer . "Duncan gave investigators detailed information that was consistent with the physical evidence that had been collected at the scene of the murders," Wolfinger said. "Duncan's statements confirm the conclusion of investigators that he acted alone during those crimes." Wolfinger said specifics of the interview will not be able to be released until the federal case is concluded. "Every question they asked he answered to their satisfaction," said Duncan's federal defender Roger Peven, who, along with his state lawyer, Public Defender John Adams, stayed with their client during the hours-long interview. "My impression was he satisfied that condition to the letter." Adams declined to comment about Duncan's move. One condition of the plea bargain was he would talk about the Wolf Lodge killings, but not the kidnapping of youngsters Shasta and Dylan Groene, any criminal activity during their captivity or Dylan's shotgun death. Steve Groene, whose daughter, Shasta, was the lone survivor of the killings and kidnappings, said he really hadn't thought about his feelings on Duncan's move. "Is it easier with him out of the area?" Groene said. "I never thought about it one way or the other.' "Just so long as he's locked up," he said. In an earlier plea deal, Duncan had offered to admit to Dylan's killing as well and speak to any law officers designated by the state. Kootenai County Prosecutor Bill Douglas rejected that offer, instead, holding out for a death component. Peven said Duncan will likely remain in prison until he's indicted on the federal charges. The, he thinks he will be transferred to the Ada County Jail in Boise, where it's expected his trial will take place. ~~~Hey,Hey,Hey...GOODBYE...FOR NOW!~~~~ PLEASE RESPECT,SUPPORT & PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS and THEIR FAMILIES ;-)

PEDOPHILE SERIAL KILLER DUNCAN,PLEADS GUILY 2 save his ass!

Duncan pleads guilty to murder, kidnapping Oct 16, 2006 10:33 AM PDT Video Now Brenda Groene's mother: 'It's like sitting in the same room with the devil'Jesse Groene: 'He'll never see the streets again, and that's what should happen to all sex offenders'Mark McKenzie's mother: 'This is much easier for everybody all around'UNEDITED: Prosecutor Bill Douglas news conferenceCommunity reaction to Duncan plea dealCheck All | Clear All Joseph E. Duncan III Groene agrees to open encrypted computer files COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -Joseph E. Duncan pleaded guilty to 3 counts of kidnapping and 3 counts of murder on Monday morning. A judge immediately sentenced him to three terms of life in prison without parole on the kidnapping charges. Sentencing on the murder charges were delayed pending the outcome of Duncan's federal trial. Captain Ben Wolfinger with the Kootenai County Sheriff's Department said the 14-section plea agreement is different from the proposal floated last week by the defense. By delaying sentencing on the murder charges, it Duncan is not sentenced to death by the federal government, the State of Idaho can retain him and possibly sentence him to death on the state charges. Family members of the victims said the plea agreement and life sentences are a relief after months of heartache. "I feel we can move on, now that we're one step closer to finding closure," said Jesse Groene, brother of Dylan, Slade and Shasta Groene. After the sentencing, reporters asked Groene what he would like to say to Duncan, but Groene replied, "I can't say that on live TV. Sorry about that." The tears flowed freely in the post-sentencing news conference outside the Public Safety Building. Steve Groene, Shasta's father, held a white dry erase board and wrote that he would like to thank all those who supported him. He could not speak after having undergone throat surgery for cancer. Brenda Groene's mother, Darlene Torres, was also pleased with the outcome of the agreement. "I'm glad we're getting this first step over, and hopefully the rest of it goes quick," said Darlene Torres. "There's nothing that's going to bring my family back, but I know justice will be served." But while many, includingDarlene Torres, believe Monday's outcome was a victory for Shasta, the family was clearly uncomfortable sitting in the same room with the man who killed their loved ones. "What was it like sitting in the same room with Duncan," asked a reporter.DarleneTorres paused, then said, "It was like sitting in the same room with the devil." Background: Joseph Edward Duncan is a Tacoma native who spent most of his adult life in prison for molesting children. Prosecutors say the registered sex offender was on the run from a child molestation charge in Minnesota in May of 2005, driving on I-90 near Coeur d'Alene, when he saw Shasta and Dylan Groeneplaying in their swimsuits at their home. Prosecutors say he stalked and killed family members to take the children. Duncan is charged with killing Shasta's 13-year-old brother Slade, her mother Brenda Groene and Brenda's boyfriend Mark McKenzie. Duncan also is likely to face federal charges of kidnapping the two children and killing Dylan at a Montana campground. Federal prosecutors have already said they would seek the death penalty.~~~~THANK GOD SHASTA DOESNT HAVE TO TAKE STAND AND RELIVE TRAMA & SEE THE BASTARD! PEDOPHILE SERIAL KILLER JOE DUNCAN TRAIL COUNTDOWN UPDATE

Feds to seek death for Duncan Posted: Tuesday, Oct 03, 2006 - 11:09:02 pm PDT By DAVE TURNER Staff writer Shasta's lawyer says death case in Idaho not needed now COEUR d'ALENE -- The lawyer representing Shasta Groene said there's no reason for the 9-year-old to testify in a state court now that federal prosecutors have been given the go-ahead to seek the death penalty against Joseph Edward Duncan III. John Sahlin, a Coeur d'Alene lawyer appointed by the federal courts, said Tuesday the state's case against Duncan could end short of a death sentence. "With the U.S. Attorney General's announcement, it is now my hope that there need be only one trial of Joseph Duncan," said Sahlin.Earlier, Idaho U.S. Attorney Tom Moss announced his office had been given permission by the Justice Department to seek the death penalty against Duncan. Duncan's federal defender, Roger Pevin, could not be reached for comment. Jury selection for the month-long state trial for Duncan is scheduled to begin Oct. 16 in 1st District Court. Duncan's lawyer, Kootenai County Public Defender John Adams, would not comment about whether the latest move would change the complexion of the state case. Adams previously said his client was willing to plead guilty, so long as he could avoid a death sentence. Kootenai County Prosecutor Bill Douglas said the fact the U.S. Attorney's Office can now seek death in the event of a federal court conviction changes nothing. "We're still going ahead," Douglas said Monday night. Douglas has continually stressed that the two cases -- state and federal -- involve two distinct and different elements. Douglas is seeking the death penalty if Duncan is convicted of the bludgeoning death of Brenda Kay Matthews Groene, 40, her 13-year-old son, Slade Groene, and boyfriend Mark Edward McKenzie, 37, at their Frontage Road home near Wolf Lodge Bay on May 16, 2005. Kootenai County Sheriff Rocky Watson said he was also in favor of the trial going ahead. "The citizens of Kootenai County were also Duncan's victims," he said. "The trial should be here." He said if convicted, Duncan deserves to die. "This way, you will have two shots at death because Duncan is evil," Watson said Tuesday. Meanwhile, the federal case begins where the Wolf Lodge killings end. Authorities said Shasta Groene, then 8, and her 9-year-old brother, Dylan, were taken by Duncan from their Wolf Lodge home to a remote campsites in the Lolo National Forest in Montana. The federal charges will likely stem from the kidnapping of the children, their transportation across state lines and the gunshot killing of Dylan, whose remains were found days after Shasta was rescued from Duncan at a Coeur d'Alene restaurant on July 2, 2005. Moss said Duncan would also likely face child pornography charges, as well as sexual abuse charges in the case. And after the federal case, Duncan still could face first-degree murder charges in the death of a California boy a decade ago. Ingrid Wyatt, a spokeswoman for the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, said prosecutors are waiting until Duncan's cases in Idaho are finished before filing charges in the death of 10-year-old Anthony Michael Martinez. Duncan has confessed to bashing the boy's head in with a rock in April 1997, then leaving his nude, sexually abused body in the rural Indio desert. "We're still planning on reviewing the case when our turn comes up," Wyatt said. Shasta's father, Steve Groene, who is recuperating from a larynectomy in a Seattle hospital, has supported the plea deal to save his daughter from having to testify. His support of that deal has met with opposition from other family members. McKenzie's mother, Lee Wood, said after meeting with Douglas on Monday, family members still support Douglas' decision to go ahead with the first trial. "We thought about it and talked to Bill Douglas yesterday," Wood said Tuesday. "I don't care if (Duncan) is given the death penalty in the state or the federal court, but I still want the state's trial to go ahead. "What if he gets a life sentence in federal court," she said. "This way we have a double chance of a death penalty." Brenda Groene's mother, Darlene Torres, agreed. "There is nothing that's going to bring the family back," Torres said. "It's between the state and federal government at this point." But County Commissioner Rick Currie said aside from the cost, holding two trials is superfluous and could put many people through unnecessary pain. "I am disappointed in the decision to go ahead" with the state trial, Currie said. "It's going to cost a lot of money and it's going to be redundant." He said the trial will cost about $1 million. Currie won't say what reasons Douglas might have for continuing with the state's case. "I have my opinion why (Douglas wants to go ahead) and as much as I want to say it, I can't." Currie said it's doubtful that Idaho's death row for Duncan would be much different than if he were sentenced to life without parole. "The state of Idaho cannot kill him," Currie said. "The case will go through 20 years of appeals." He noted the case of Donald Paradis, who was freed after 20 years on death row when an appeals court determined the state erred during the prosecution. Once released, the county settled a lawsuit short of trial for $900,000. "Do I want to see this guy die? Yes," Currie said. "I think everybody does. And the feds will do a good job." In the past, Adams had sought an arrangement for his client to plead guilty to the Idaho charges, so long as Duncan received life without parole. Coeur d'Alene defense lawyer Mike Palmer, who is not connected to the Duncan case, said he didn't know how Duncan would benefit from any plea deal which would still allow other jurisdictions to charge him. Palmer said generally with plea bargains, that means settling for a lesser sentence in one jurisdiction, no matter what happens elsewhere. "It's the client's decision," Palmer said. "In this case, if there is any offer to accept, ultimately it's up to Duncan." The next step is for federal prosecutors to take their evidence to a grand jury and seek an indictment. No time frame for that empanelment was immediately released.

National IMPORTANT POLICE INFO! France names street after a US COP KILLER thats FRENCH!

National Fraternal Order of Police Board Report Of National President Chuck Canterbury Salt Lake City, Utah September 8-9, 2006 The National Fraternal Order of Police has been very active in the period since the March 2006 Board meeting. In an effort to maintain continuity in my reports to the Board, this report will be broken down into four areas: Due to the many activities of my office, this report will highlight the major components of the office of the President. Legislative Administrative Labor Activity Calendar Legislative: The mid term election cycle has begun and many Lodges are involved in the endorsement of candidates for office. During this period, I have answered a number of calls for information on the National's perspective on various candidates. The National Legislative Office can and should be contacted in order to provide you with the voting record on your incumbents and the office can provide you a well prepared questionnaire on the issues of interest to the Fraternal Order of Police. During the period of time since the March Board meeting, the FOP has had a number of achievements on Capitol Hill. I think one of the most significant wins was actually a loss of Cynthia McKinney from the United States House of Representatives. As you know, McKinney struck one of our members while he was performing his duties as a Capitol Police Officer and after a long and protracted presentation to the DC Grand Jury which resulted in a vote against indictment, a campaign was launched by the FOP to assist in helping Candidate Hank Johnson unseat McKinney. I want to thank DC Lodge 1, the Capitol Police Labor Committee, The Dekalb County FOP, the Georgia State Lodge and the National Legislative office for working together to make this a reality. The Local Lodge endorsed Hank Johnson in a Primary, the Georgia State Lodge affirmed their support of Johnson and the National PAC fund made a donation to Mr. Johnson's campaign. The FOP conducted dozens of interviews with local and national media outlets and we were recognized as one of the groups that played a major role in Johnson gaining ground in the original Primary. These efforts where successful and McKinney was defeated in the August 8th run off election. This was a concerted effort and I am proud of the membership for all of their hard work. In May of this year, the National FOP took a strong position of support for a resolution introduced by Pennsylvania Representatives that condemned the actions of St. Denis France naming a street for convicted Cop Killer, Mumia Abu-Jamal. As National President, I traveled to Philadelphia and participated in a protest march at the French Consulate on Bastille Day. Philadelphia Lodge 5 is to be commended for their continued support of the Faulkner Family and to Danny's memory. On May 23rd, the National FOP took a strong stand on the efforts to retry two cop killers in Nebraska and we joined with the Nebraska State Lodge condemning the effort to win a new trial for these convicted offenders. In June of this year, the National worked hard to obtain passage on an amendment that would restrict the implementation of the NSPS system by the Department of Defense. This system will be detrimental to our officers in the DOD system and this bill passed the House and we continue to work to see that this bill passes the Senate and stops this system from having an effect on our members. The FOP scored a major victory when the Senate Passed H.R. 4 the Pension Protection Act of 2006. This bill will eliminate the ten percent early withdraw penalty from a government defined benefit plan for public safety officers who are participating in a DROP plan. Under the previous law, an officer who leaves active service before the age of 55 and opts to receive a lump sum payment under DROP before the age of 59 is subject to an early withdraw penalty of 10%. The bill also included the HELPS provision which provides a tax benefit to help retired public safety officers afford health insurance by allowing the use on a pre-tax basis of up to $3,000 annually from their pension funds to pay for premiums on health care and long term care insurance. The FOP supported and worked very hard to pass this bill. The FOP also worked hard to restore funds to the budget to Byrne Grants programs and we were successful in assisting to get a $120 million dollar net increase over the FY 2006 budget. The FOP Political Action Committee (PAC) made several donations to key congressional partners but we still need your help in raising funds to make our PAC the force that it should be. Please donate today if you have not and I urge the leadership to continue to work to increase our funding for this vital part of our legislative program. During the months since the past Board meeting, I have traveled to DC on a number of occasions and have had daily contact with the Legislative office and the fruits of our labor have indeed been productive. The National Staff does tremendous work and I hope that you will thank them for their efforts. Administrative: The National Administrative office located at 701 Marriott Drive, Nashville TN, has opened and I am sure that Secretary Yoes will provide a more detailed report but I am proud to say that the building is a vast improvement over our last accommodations and we own this one and it is paid for. The National Board is to be commended for this forward thinking and I want to thank everyone involved for this achievement. I especially want to thank the staff for all of their hard work in making the move. After eleven years in one location, it was a monumental task to pack up and move and the staff did an outstanding job in making this happen. The National Executive Board will be conducting an Employee Compensation Study to ensure that the National pay structure is in line with our peers in the market and we will be working in conjunction with Middle Tennessee State University to complete this project. The National Lodge has also been working on a program to ensure that our employee health insurance program is the best that we can provide and we are working with several companies and accepting bids on health insurance polices. Currently our employees do not contribute to this plan and it is our desire to continue this benefit and we are dedicated to providing the best benefits that we can afford. We have been able to increase the life insurance coverage for our employees for just pennies more a month, we are providing $25,000 coverage and also providing coverage on their spouses and dependant children. This is an added benefit and the National pays the entire cost for our employees. The DC Office location needed some cosmetic repairs and these have been authorized and the work is underway. This building has appreciated to almost five times what we paid for it only 11 years ago and we must make sure that we maintain the facility. Jan Gross must be commended for working hard to keep our costs down and I want to thank her for her hard work in this area. The massive computer project is almost finished and by the time of the Board meeting, it should be up and running. This project has been very tough and has frayed nerves, caused ulcers and strained our staff but it will provide us state of the art software and will benefit our membership. All parties involved are to be commended for this wonderful addition to our arsenal of weapons in the battle to provide better member services. The FOP Disaster Relief fund has again been called to action this time by the floods that plagued the North Eastern States in early summer. The Bloomberg Police Department, Bloomberg PA, suffered substantial damage and many of the officers in that area had damage from the floods. I want to thank Gall's for donating 34 sets of BDU's for the Bloomberg Police Department and I am proud to report that the National was able to provide several officers with $500.00 donations to assist them in this time of need. The effort was coordinated by the State Lodge and our system worked well. We continue to struggle with Trademark issues and I encourage you all to report violations to National Secretary Yoes when you find them so we can protect our name. The National FOP RHS program has seen some growth and we continue to work with ICMA to provide them the ability to assist Lodges in implementing programs to benefit our members. The 457 Program has been slow but we are picking up units and this very important FOP owned program needs your support. A report will be provided during the Board meeting on these programs. National Treasurer Penoza and I continue to work on the FOP Bank and we will report our findings as soon as we can but this is a very complicated issue and we must move with slow but deliberate speed in order to protect our interests. Labor: The National Labor Services Director will provide a detailed report on the activities of this section but in an effort to make sure that the important matters are detailed for your review, I offer the following: We continue to work to make sure that the Teamsters and other groups do not find fertile ground to recruit within the FOP family. We are monitoring and working with the Nashville FOP and we have worked with Little Rock in their successful effort to keep the Teamsters out of Arkansas. We have had successful campaigns against the Teamsters in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota and these efforts will continue. The National Lodge has had requests from several cities to assist in efforts to decertify their current unions and we are working with them to provide the necessary professional services. During this meeting, the National Labor Committee, pursuant to a motion of this Board, will provide a report on the continuing efforts to expand Labor Services. I urge you each to read this proposal very carefully as it will greatly expand our current program. The committee worked very hard to generate this report and your full attention will be required to make sure that we are moving this organization forward. The Labor Services Section continues to work with the Arizona State Lodge and Lodge 32 in their effort to win the bargaining rights for the Arizona Department of Public Safety. This effort will culminate in an election in November of this year. The National Lodge will again offer the Collective Bargaining seminar in April of 2007 and I have worked with the Education Services Committee to keep the costs in line and to provide the best training we can at a reasonable price. I urge all of the Trustees to make sure that your Lodges are made aware of all National Training opportunities. The Committee will be providing the Blueprint for Success Seminar in Louisville Ky November 9-11, 2006 and I urge you all to get this information out to your locals. On the Federal Sector, I have already reported on my activities working with Capitol Police on the McKinney issue but I did not report on the fact that I traveled to DC and met with many members of this unit to first and foremost let them know that the National FOP was supporting them in their hour of need but to also bring the issue to light. We received a lot of media coverage and the Capitol Police Labor Committee is to be commended for their tireless effort to maintain morale and efficiency at the same time. I recently attended an Arbitration with the Pentagon Police and we are working with the Administration on ways to assist this Labor Committee of DC Lodge. A number of meetings have been accomplished and we will continue to work hard to assist these officers. I have daily contact with the Labor Services Director and we discuss every aspect of this office and I will continue to work to improve on our ability to deliver Labor Services to our members. ALERT!! FEMA WANTS TO RUIN ANOTHER DEPARTMENT! IMPORTANT READ!!

LEGISLATIVE ALERT: DHS Spending Bill!!! The House and Senate appropriators and authorizers have stripped out a very important law enforcement provision from an amendment which would reauthorize and fund the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In its current form, funds which previously flowed through the Department to law enforcement would be redirected to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), effectively making law enforcement answerable to FEMA. The FOP will not support the spending bill in its current form, which is slated to be acted on next week. We are asking all FOP members to contact their Senators and Representative and ask that they not support the DHS spending bill unless the law enforcement provisions are restored and that law enforcement grants are kept outside of FEMA. Contact the National Legislative Office if you need additional information. ~~~I will back this up w/ lik from the F.O.P. Fraternal Order of Police website info,or you can go there now Cause this is INSANITY!!! =^.^= ~~~

TEDDY KILLS 2,500!!! :-O

Killer teddy bear leaves 2,500 fish dead Associated Press MILFORD, N.H. - A teddy bear has been implicated in 2,500 deaths. Of trout, that is. State officials say a teddy bear dropped into a pool at a Fish and Game Department hatchery earlier this month clogged a drain. The clog blocked the flow of oxygen to the pool and suffocated the fish. Hatcheries supervisor Robert Fawcett said the bear - who was dressed in yellow raincoat and hat - is believed to be the first stuffed bear to cause fatalities at the facility. "We've had pipes get clogged, but it's usually with more naturally occurring things like a frog or even a dead muskrat," he said. "This one turned out to be a teddy bear and we don't know how it got there." The deaths prompted Fawcett to release a written warning: "RELEASE OF ANY TEDDY BEARS into the fish hatchery water IS NOT PERMITTED." He said it's not known who dropped the bear, but urged anyone whose bear ends up in a hatchery pool to find a worker to remove it. "They might save your teddy bear, and keep it from becoming a killer," he said. "It's kind of a cute little teddy bear and people wouldn't think that a cute little teddy bear would be able to kill fish. ~~BETCHA THOUGHT IT WAS UNCLE TEDWARD KENNEDY AT IT AGAIN,DIDNT YOU?LOL!=^.^=

Judge suspends law aimed at STOPPING MILITARY FUNERAL PROTESTS

Judge suspends law aimed at stopping military funeral protests By BRETT BARROUQUERE Associated Press Writer LOUISVILLE, Ky. Kentucky's law forbidding protests within 300 feet of military funerals and memorial services was suspended temporarily Tuesday after a federal judge ruled it was too broad. The law passed earlier this year was aimed at members of a Topeka, Kan., church who have toured the country protesting at military funerals. The Westboro Baptist Church claims the soldiers' deaths are a sign of God punishing America for tolerating homosexuality. Members of the church traveled to Montana in August to stage a protest at the funeral of Marine Cpl. Phillip E. Baucus, the nephew of U.S. Sen. Max Baucus. U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell wrote that the law could restrict the free speech rights of people in nearby homes, sidewalks and streets, even if they cannot be seen or heard by funeral participants. The 300-foot zone "is large enough that it would restrict communications intended for the general public on a matter completely unrelated to the funeral as well as messages targeted at funeral participants," Caldwell wrote in a ruling issued in Frankfort. Those found guilty of violating the law, which also applies to memorial services, wakes and burials, would face up to a year in jail. About a dozen states have similar laws in place, and Congress passed a law earlier this year prohibiting protests at military funerals at federal cemeteries. Kentucky Attorney General Greg Stumbo said he would consider an appeal. "I believe that society has an interest in honoring its war dead. Funerals are times of sacred and solemn reflection which must be protected from aggressive disruption," Stumbo said in a statement. Lili Lutgens, general counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky, which filed the suit, said Caldwell "reinforced the importance of freedom of expression," and that the ACLU will seek a permanent injunction throwing out the law. "We continue to support the commonwealth's efforts to protect funerals, but we know it's not necessary to violate the First Amendment to do that," she said. Shirley Phelps-Roper, attorney for and member of Westboro Baptist Church, praised Caldwell's ruling. "I'm surprised, but I'm happy about it," Phelps-Roper said. The ACLU filed the lawsuit on behalf of Bart McQueary, a Mercer County man who has protested alongside the church members on three occasions. During their protests, members carry such signs as "Thank God for IEDs," the improvised explosive devices used by insurgents in Iraq.

She believes the stance of Bush and Co. are tearing up good gay family life. And that aint her America folks! MEXICO PUTS THE BITE ON THE DOG!!

Mexico has alot of internal and external problems lately.Fox cancelled Independence Day, the latest elections loser is claiming victory. The 10's of thousands of ilegal drug runners and human smugglers that they, the Mexican government, allow to cross our borders.10's of thousands of the worlds illegals and unlawfuls hiding from their own countries. Most of them get the 'get outta jail card' due to the old payoff of Mexican officials. The government is corrupt and millions of decent Mexicans are judged in a poor light due to the way the government chooses to run things.Any slimy terrorist (and there are probably thousands laying low in Mexico waiting to invade us and continue with war on us infidel pigs.Having said ALL THAT ... I bring ou this news story...Duane 'DOG' Chapman, TV's Dog The Bounty Hunter, a kick ass roughneck who took down that rapist pig on the run Andrew Luster who was hiding in Mexico until Dog took a bite outta him 3 years ago and brought him(another AMERICAN) home to America for long awaited justice.Well, Mexico gets a Hawaiian judge to issue warrants for Dog and his 2 sons who helped nap the rich rapist. They are in a cell,no bail for the bail bondsmen, and its gonna get nuttier. This sickens me in many ways.Throw the freakin Dog a Bone! He apprehended a violent and evil rapist ciminal!!! Vincente Fox is way out of control and now wants American blood.Oh, its on, its on like Donkey Kong........read on =^.^= ~~~Duane Dog Chapman reality star Duane "Dog" Chapman and two co-stars on his show were arrested Thursday in Hawaii on charges of illegal detention and conspiracy in the bounty hunters' capture three years ago of a cosmetics company heir. Chapman, son Leland Chapman and associate Timothy Chapman were taken into custody and did not resist arrest, said Mark Hanohano, U.S. Marshal for the district of Hawaii. "It went down without incident," Hanohano said. Mona K. Wood, a publicist for the star of the popular cable series "Dog The Bounty Hunter," said Chapman would be vindicated. "He arrests the bad guys - and he is definitely not one of them," she said. The charges stem from Chapman's capture of Max Factor heir Andrew Luster on June 18, 2003, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, said Marshals spokeswoman Nikki Credic in Washington. Chapman's capture of Luster, who had fled the country after being convicted of raping three women, catapulted the 53-year-old bounty hunter to fame and led to the reality series on A&E. The three are being held in Honolulu. Bail has not been set. They will face an extradition hearing to Mexico under terms of treaties between the U.S. and Mexico, Credic said. Chapman's son Leland, 29, and Timothy Chapman, 41, no relation, assist Chapman in exploits chronicled for the TV show around the Hawaiian Islands. The show focuses on Chapman's family as much as the bounty hunting, which generally involves tracking down bail jumpers, often creating emotional scenes with repentant captives. Charges have been pending against the three since local police in Mexico arrested them shortly after they roped in Luster. They posted bail but never returned to Puerto Vallarta for their court hearing on July 15, 2003, Credic said. Mexican authorities demanded that the Chapmans transfer Luster to Mexican police. Their refusal to do so led to their initial arrest. A U.S. warrant for their arrest was signed by a federal judge in Honolulu on Wednesday. DO WE BLAME THE KIDZ or the PARENTS? Hell, give 'em all THE DEATH PENALTY!

Police: Girl, 11, sexually assaulted by 20 boys POSTED: 9:52 p.m. EDT, September 7, 2006 Adjust font size: MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (AP) -- An 11-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by as many as 20 boys as a 16-year-old girl watched and told her what sex acts to perform, authorities say in the latest mob attack to rock Milwaukee and set off another round of civic soul-searching. "It almost leaves me speechless. It is just senseless acts of violence. It is inhumane. It is embarrassing to the city of Milwaukee and its people. ... There should be outrage," Barbara Nuell-Moore, director of the neighborhood-improvement group Project Respect. The 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy have been charged in juvenile court in the attack, which authorities said took place on Monday in a house on the city's north side. A 40-year-old man who also had sex with the child may also be charged, authorities said. As for the others, "we're dealing with a lot of nicknames so we're trying to track down these people," said prosecutor Matthew Torbenson. Numerous violent crimes have shocked the city this summer, starting with a Memorial Day weekend in which 28 people were shot. Homicides overall are down this year, but two other categories of violent crime are up from 2005 -- assaults by 22 percent and robberies by 36 percent, Police Chief Nan Hegerty told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Hegerty's spokeswoman said the chief had no comment on the alleged gang rape. According to court papers, the 11-year-old girl told police she was interested romantically in the 16-year-old girl, who looked and dressed like a boy. The alleged victim and two friends went to the 16-year-old's house, where the child performed oral sex on three teenage boys, according to court papers. The 40-year-old uncle of the 16-year-old admitted he also had sex with the 11-year-old and told police that the 16-year-old was directing the child, the papers said. The 11-year-old then went to the basement, where there were about 15 males and she told police she "began to choose who she wanted to perform oral sex on," court papers said. The 16-year-old told police that the 11-year-old had told her she wanted to perform oral sex on the boys in the house. The 16-year-old denied encouraging her. The 16-year-old girl and the 15-year-old boy were charged with being a party to sexual assault. Torbenson said he will probably seek to have them tried as adults. Several mob attacks have taken place in Milwaukee's inner city in recent years. In 2002, more than a dozen people, mostly boys, chased a man through the streets and beat him to death with shovel handles, rakes and tree limbs. A mentally ill man died after being beaten and robbed by a group in 2004. Four days after that attack, a 14-year-old boy was kicked, punched and hit on the head with a piece of lumber after he exchanged words with a girl. He was in a coma for two weeks. Also that summer, four brothers were beaten by a group armed with bats, bottles, sticks and socks stuffed with canned food. On Thursday, Alderman Mike McGee Jr. walked through the neighborhood where the alleged sexual assault happened and talked to residents. He later declared there is a crisis in the city's neighborhoods. "We have to have the community held responsible, parents held responsible. That's the bottom line," he said. Willie Brown, 26, who lives in the area of the alleged sexual assault, said Thursday that neighbors are outraged. "If all those brains couldn't get together and figure out that was a baby?" he said, adding he has a 3-year-old daughter. "I don't have no respect or no love for people who do that." He added: "Whatever they get, they got it coming." ~~~~MAY GOD BLESS & PROTECT YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES~~~ =^.^= TheKarpetKitten.com

SHEIKS ON A PLANE!!!SHEIKS ON A PLANE!!!

Wow, am I tired! Grandma Kitten flew up from Floria for a week and we spent a few days in stores trying to buy all her personal items that the airport detained. Her BenGay and special color lipstick and her face creams and hair products! Its strange, cause Granny Kitten is a blonde Siamese and all those responsiblefor the terror in our skies and around the world seem to be,well lets just say GRANNY DOESN'T FIT INTO THAT TERRORIST PROFILE.... (yes, I said the "P" word). Those doing all this destruction and havoic are of a specific 'breed'.They all worship the same beliefs, they have similar names and, damn it they all pretty much LOOK ALIKE.I dont think you need tobe a rocket scientist to understand the situation I am playing out here. If all the murdering pigs were NOT so similar we SHOULD impose a ban on ALL TYPES of people. But so far these crazy catz ARE. Lets say that Dells batteries are blowin up, so they RECALL ALL computer batteries. They aint doing that yet, just the 'types' that are BLOWING UP.(yeah, I am pissed!) OMG! So why do they CHOOSE to restrict every damn flyer when I,and maybe you and they KNOW WHO and WHAT 'type' of cat these terrorist are? I dont get it at all. Maybe some bacon-fat security stops with some cartoons of Allah and Richard Simmons to REALY get them twitching. I would rather have us apologize to some good Muslims, then impose EVERY AMERICAN FLYER, like Blondes, disabled Americans, old ladies, etc, than to have this specific group of people who infact hi-jacked their own religion. The airports shouldnt have to be so PC.Profiling this group is easy, so far. They have shown us their faces their beleifs, their names.I have not seen any 6 foot Swedes blowing up sh*t yet in this past 5 years. So,yeah, I maybe SIMPILIFYING things a bit,but why NOT.All the Money,Time and worry when we KNOW who wants us dead.I say select these people from airports and DONT NOT ALLOW THEM TO FLY RIGHT NOW.Sorry, its an imposition to a group of people, but the 'good Muslims' should be pissed at the 'bad Muslims' not US!Why havent the 'good Muslims' stood up against the 'bad Muslims' thru all this? I dont know. I just dont think the people in charge of the airport security want to hurt any bodys feelings by PROFILING a group. So they take the girlie man attitude and mess up EVERYBODIES plans.Dont get me wrong, I realy appreciate the hard work of keeping our skies safe. And thankfully, since 9/11/2001 our skies have been free from Islamic terrorists blowing planes up.Thats a hard task, and they should be thanked for that. But this is crazy. The post is called 'Sheiks on a Plane' to tie into Sam Jacksons new movie 'Snakes on A Plane'.I feel this is the situation we are dealing with.So far, its 'snakes' blowing up planes....not kittens or donkeys,or parakeets or ducks or chickens. It is that simple, cause it is simple. For Petes Sake! PROFILE THE SNAKES!!!!!PROFILE!PROFILE! YYYYYYEEEEEAAAAAAAWWWWWHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

How any children and Woman must die B4 we do something?

'You've come a long way baby...' But NOT REALY.Many of you know how obsessed and sickened by the fact that there are over 100,000 unregistered sex offenders roaming our countrysides. You also have heard my feelings that the ONLY WAY TO TRACK A RAPIST or CHILD MOLESTER/MURDERER is with a HEADSTONE.I am appaulded that our great country with so much technology can track an overdue library book, but these scummy nonredeamable, sick unrehabilatable pigs are on the loose, on the prey for your woman and children. Why did it take John Walsh 25 years to kick the Congress in the ass and get some sort of state to state registry going? Is it cause kids have no voice?Woman are second class citizens.Politicians dont give a rip if it cant vote for them.Maybe all the above. The CPS,Judges and Case Workers are not serving us and te victims at all.CRIMINALS get rehab and 3 hots and a cot.Victims get a life (if they are not murdered during act) of msery, confusion, low self esteem, trust issues, mental health problems, some even suicidal.Wheres the justice and help for them? I am sickened that we go to other countries to liberate woman and children and send food, help and doctors, while right here on our beautiful land, there are KNOWN SEX OFFENDERS right under our noses and most people dont even care to find out where the known ones are.On my www.TheKarpetKitten.com I have many links for searches of thee animals.Local, national, resourses and ways YOU CAN HELP.I beg you to join me in this fight. Many say,Kitten, they are sick and should be warehoused and studied.BULLSH*T!! These pedophiles and rapists KNOW what they are doing and will just do some time and collaborate with their like.We need to get a big brass pair and FINALY DO SOMETHING HARSH.As harsh as raping a 6 month old, yeah, thats sick, huh? Its going on.How can a piece of crap like John Cooey kidnap a neighbor, rape and bury alive under his traier steps withpriors? He lived unregistered across from the unknowing Lunceford family and Jessicas last days on this earth should be remembered by us all.We must not pity these untamable animals we must show them what it feels like to have the same thing done to them.An eye for an eye. I know I am sounding crazier than usual, but some local things have happened, that just make me want to take matters in my own hands.Whats worse than a baby dying at the hands of a sick stranger? A child dying due to thier OWN PARENTS sickness, neglect and abuse.Yeah, tik of Andrea Yates,no at Club Crazy, instead of death, she gets help. She need to die lke her 5 innocent children that she drowned methodicaly, without remorse.I dont give a damn what she says or her scuzzy lawyers say. After about the 2nd kid,she had to know, hell she had to chase the oldest one down to catch him and KILL HIM.Why must she live, whats the reason. She should at least be made to be unable to have more children. We must bring these parents to the front of the line of execution. It shouldnt even be given a second thought.ANIMALS have more rights when it comes to abuse or killing them than a poor defenseless child.Last week, here in town, the same town where Joseph Duncan is in our jail for killing a family to take 2 kids and rape and murder them.Luckily the girl,Shasta Groene was returned, but she has a ruff road ahead having witnessed what when down over the course of about 2 months last summer. He stalked them with night vision googles, stormed the house, killed the family with a hammer and took Dylan and Shasta to video their abuse and unfortunatly Dylans death.Yeah, he's about 5 miles away from me and everyday I want to personaly make him suffer as he did dozens of kids all across the country while out on 15K bail for sex crimes.SICK! So the latest is a woman whose baby ws born with meth in her system, and takenaway from the pig parents and then given back was killed in a fire at her home at 6:30 am. Seems momma lit a candle next to the baby and some driedflowers while she went behind the house, into a van with a man and when found they were naked in van.The baby was 13 months old,and just 2 days earlier her 'daddy' was arrested for meth AGAIN! Neighbors, cops and fireman are forever scarred at the sight of this bay burned to a crisp and this horrible mother all drugged out, half naked.Neighbors knew of all the late night traffic, the parents fights all the time day and night, and they would babysit the bay while the tweeked out pigs chilled. They watched her at 2 in the morning looking under rocks (for stached meth) and thought babysitting was good enuff to save the kid.If you know of a situation like this PLEASE CALL THE POLICE,you may save a life.I have conncted a link to story, but it lacks alot of the inside I have told ya. As for pedophiles its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to protect your precious children and family.Do you know who lives on your block? We had 34 in a 3 mile zoe here this winter.REGISTERED even. And in school range.Do you know what your neighbors visiting relatives criminal past is?Make it your business.Use my website to track and make yourself aware so someone in your family isnt the next victim.I bet you have a gut feeling about someone in your life that just isnt right.Dont blow it off.Do your homework, and make it your mission. We need to express to our lawmakers we WILL NOT ALLOW PREDATORS to take another breath once caught. The jails are full?Well get the freaking broom out and clean it out,by means of death. Why mst we be warm and fuzzy to these sick deranged animals that have no reguard for human life. They deserve to be put down like the rabid animals they are.Enuff said.(Sorry this is soooo long, but man I have had it!)
